Worst bank ever. I have been a customer for 25 years, endured all of their acquisitions, name changes and transitions. Unfriendly staff. Not a user-friendly bank. I am so done with this bank.

I opened my accounts with Mechanics Bank the day Rabobank closed. I've never had a problem with the bank personnel, the services have always been top-notch and the staff has always responded efficiently to my questions and transaction needs. Whether in person or by phone, they have always been courteous and knowledgeable.

It seems to me that the bank is stuck in the 20th century.They DO NOT accept credit card paymentsThey do not accept bank to bank electronic paymentsI explained, we are in a pandemic, and under quarantine and I am high risk, so I would like to pay by phone for my safe deposit.Nope, sorry mam.....So I will have to send my son with my credit card, get cash at the ATM and ask him to enter the bank, pay in cash and expose himself to Covid, because the bank does not understand the danger.Bad form Mechanics Bank

Rabobank customer service policies and account fees are far more realistic compared to other local banks. Side by side Rabobank probably does have the better / faster / easier local banking.

I had some counterfeit checks come through my buss account and getting my funds back ftom this bank is like asking for a loan I have gone through all the upper management and the fraud department and they all have given me a 45 day waiting time and after doing my research with other institutions this timing seems to be excessive....I have been a long time customer and I have never had such incident occurred before and the way is being handled makes me very uncomfortable But after going to the correct department this got resolved immediately Thank you Ashley

I am unable to do banking during their hours. Whatever happened to later hours on Fridays and partial hours on Saturdays? Some of us need those to do our banking? I've been with this bank since they were Mid State Bank with one branch in Grover Beach (Grover City back then) and wish Rabo served it's customers like Mid State used to.
