Wandered around the store and finally someone helped me. Lots of staff just standing around talking. The person who helped me seemed scattered I wanders around again and asked for someone else to help me and they just referred me to the same person. Cashier was very snotty. I will drive mile to another Sephora before I go back to this location.

I went in today and couldn't get the time of day from any associate. There were plenty of women walking around with clipboards and microphones, no one even said hi. When I asked if anyone could help me, it was like I was disturbing them. Guess if you aren't 22 no one at Sephora wants to help older women.

Had a very pleasant experience at this Sephora! I was nervous at first taking four 10year old girls in to get skincare items. Especially how people can judge. Girls were on a shopping spree and very excited to try samples and make their first purchase. Jasmine and Angela made these girls experience so great they welcomed them with open arms and were at their assistance with anything they were looking for. Even went the extra mile to offer some samples to take home. Went to a few other beauty stores after and the customer service at this Sephora can not be compared to others you can tell these girls love their job. Thank you again. 10/10 ⭐️will be back for the experience!

Thank you Courtney for helping me understand my skin type and matching me with colors, a brush and moisturizer. Putting it all together, I feel like me but better. Izzy was also fantastic with helping in the fragrance selection. Sephora, you have a wonderful staff. Thank you for excellent customer service.

Got my eyebrows waxed by Harlowe. She was friendly and did a great job. After finishing the eyebrow styling, she also recommended some products I could buy and use on my own at home. Great experience!

I have been shopping at Sephora for along time. Today I went in and bought over $100 only to find out that they wiped away all of my 11,000 points. I called to get them back and guess what they said sorry we can't. What the hell? Way to go Sephora I will no longer be shopping there. Ulta hope you like money. The staff at this store are amazing the Corporation sucks

Great customer service, staff is super helpful and cheerful. I gave 5 stars as I had an experience that went above and beyond unrelated to purchasing product or service. I thought I lost my prescription sunglasses while shopping at Sephora. I called after I got home and spoke with the store manager, Lee (sp?) who was an absolute gem in taking time after hours to recheck the cameras to see if I had in fact my glasses on me when checking out. Appreciate the follow up and call back, which led me to finally finding them in the dark hole of my car! Appreciate your stellar service and assistance Lee! Good people.

I absolutely LOVED the experience i had in this store. i was a first time customer and everyone of the workers i interacted with were amazing and welcoming. they did not have the rare beauty lip oils but that's okay because i still walked out 125 dollars poorer (which i'm okay with).
