“Staff was friendly and helpful. I wanted to buy a pair of Birkenstocks for my birthday but needed to try on for size. I traveled about an hour to get there. I tried on one shoe for sizing and purchased. I got charged a fee for using my debit card. That was weird, especially after spending over 160.00. I got home and put them on to wear and they didn't feel right. One was stretched out more. I figured it was probably a display at one point. So i had to drive all the way back to exchange. It was easy and fast but just an inconvenience.”
