They've sent me the wrong sides boards TWICE. I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do. I ordered a 8.125 zero bold deck and they've sent me the 8.0 size. TWICE.

I don’t normally leave reviews but the service and quality here is worth it. I ordered 2 x complete custom skateboard setups for my daughters to learn and despite a few hiccups with an out of stock item and the need to refund a small amount everything was handled efficiently and the boards arrived fully assembled within 1 week half way around the world (California to Hong Kong). Shipping cost was fair and product was packed well. Can’t wait to rip in with them this weekend!

I spent 209$ for their “top tier” complete,
They sent me trucks that are literally broken, you can’t even ride the board because they are too loose. (Never purchase Slappy trucks)
So I called them and the guy on the phone agreed that slappy trucks suck and even he had issues with them falling apart. (Well why give them to me when I’m paying more for quality parts?)
But it gets worse, the guy goes on to tell me that he won’t give me a refund or allow me to return, he told me to send him pics and they will probably send me some different bushings to hopefully fix the problem lol.
Don’t trust all their positive reviews here, you can check them out on yelp to get an idea of who they really are.
Never purchase from these rip offs!

A shop with seriously shady and dishonest practices.
Ordered a part which was supposed to be delivered on time to a hotel I stayed at , 3 days later the item did not leave their warehouse.
Called them to informed them that due to the delay I was cancelling the order as I will not be in that hotel any longer.
Was assured that the item which never left their business place will be diverted back to them and that my credit card charge will be reversed.
The item did not get diverted back to them and my credit card charge was not reversed.
I would avoid dealing with these crooks at all cost .
They must be suffering from lack of sales to resort to this kind of conduct
Everything that they sell could be purchased on Amazon without the hassles and their utter dishonesty and crooked business practices.

I was impressed return sticker was in the package incase anything didn't fit or wasn't as I ordered. Fortunately the order was spot on everything was awesome. Would definitely recommend don't sleep on these guys!!!

Having bought from here a couple times, I have to point out a few things. The attention to detail amazes me! I bought griptape from here, and I have to say, the $5 shipping was totally worth it! The griptape came in a huge box in order to stop it from wrinkling during transport. In general, when I buy stuff, it usually comes in 1-3 days (CA). I love buying from here because I know skate warehouse only sells authentic parts, so I'm getting the best quality. 5 STARS
