God help you if you’re a walk in for tsa pre check- the employee was extremely rude and avoided communicating anything regarding wait times.

I love a good office supply store... I'll rephrase...I love a good "well stocked" office supply store! And that's what you get when you visit this location

The best part of this visit to Staples was the gentleman who insisted the sales clerk refilled the paper in the copier I was using before she assisted him. Thanks man!

Absolutely this worst experience I've had delivering to a Staples store. I was able to make my delivery to this store one day ahead of schedule and my manager even called and cleared and got the ok from them as long as I showed up no later than 630pm. Got here at 5 20pm and called the store like I always do to let them know I was here. So I go through the phone and let them know I was here with their delivery and the guy on the phone just let out a big sigh and hung up the phone on me. Me thinking it was just a store employee, I go inside to talk to the manager of the store to let them know I was here and what just happened. Manager sees me and asked if I was the driver and then proceeds to tell me they couldn't take me because they only had 2 people there. I told him I understand but what I didn't was how I was treated on the phone and hung up on. He then tells me he is the one who answered the phone but tries to lie and say he didn't hang up on me. After I said how rude it was and I'm just the driver trying to make a delivery that the store agreed upon and tries to lie and say he wasn't the one who hung up the phone but sometimes he will answer the phone and the other employees will hang up the phone, which makes no sense. So I told him once again I didn't appreciate how I was talked to and treated and to have a nice day. I've never in my life had a store manager do this to me or any other driver on our fleet. This is unacceptable and he should not be a manager if that's how he is gonna treat customers let alone their delivery drivers. A full complaint has been filed with upper management and this will be the last time I ever deliver to this location.

When I learned I could apply for tsa pre-check at Staples I was anxious to get it. I filled out forms online and went to Staples in San Luis Obispo to finish. The gentleman running this process was quick, efficient, pleasant and thorough. I highly recommend this service.

We did the TSA pre-check here and the young man operating the computer was fantastic. And then we bought a $200 chair!

I thought I'd have more options for folders. Lots of chair though. So many chairs.

I've been here for 1 and 1/2 hours still waiting for printing to get done. They told me it would take an hour after I paid for it. Two people in the store. They are frustrated and short. The phone's on hold and they're not even answering. Do not come here for printing!!

If you don't use apps, are off the grid b/c you want your family to thrive, well, you have come to the wrong place. Remember bringing in ink cartridges and getting a measly credit, racking up "reward money" when you are there every week as a business owner, and the clerks all know you, but not having access to the "rewards?" Bringing in 69 pounds of shred which makes me eligible for a mere $5 credit (I am in retail, look, if you aren't crediting a customer 20%, forgetaboutit, don't insult them), but even then, if you are OFF THE GRID, keeping your family safe, healthy, thriving in sports and school and life, Staples is not the store for you. They used to issue "rewards, lol" via email, nope, not anymore, so you must get the "app." I MISS the small office supply store downtown SLO (and BTW Paso) that these big obnoxious box stores, in particular Staples, have put under ~ but one day, these big fancy corporations will realize that SOME people don't like brain cancer and actually live without tech/phone/computer/apps and deserve old fashioned customer service. By way of discrimination, Staples, it is only a matter of time before you face your first Class Action Suit on this. There is one nice man at the front desk that I see every week, but even the manager, ackknowledging that I spend loads of money and time in this store as a business owner, couldn't even do a $5 override for my ridiculously over priced purchase, or access my earned "reward" points. Yuck. Guess I will be haunting Target and Walmart for fairer prices and more real customer service. There's nowhere else to go. Thank you corporate monopolies! Sad.
