Susan and State Farm have been amazing to work with. I had two claims - one I used the app and within 2 hours of incident I had my car at the shop and a rental car in hand - so quick and easy. Second claim, Susan jumped right in via text and got it handle within a hour - I can't reommend Susan and State Farm enough - I have told many people about my experience. In a world touting customer service, State Farm lives up it!!!

We have used Susan Rodriguez and State Farm for ALL of our families insurance policies for years and they have always been amazing to work with. Their office is extremely professional, prompt, responsive and friendly. Their pricing is extremely fair and their service is unbeatable. They also are very involved in the community and really make their clients feel like family. Thank you Susan and Team!

Wow! What a service! I was very impressed on how efficient the team member was at helping me with my kids life insurance policies. That was something I've been meaning to do and finally got it done, and so easily.

It's incredible how much they will go out of their way to make things difficult for you to maintain your policies I have had this agency and the one in Los Osos Boggle my policies numerous times they never can seem to get anything right I highly suggest you do not use any agent State Farm has on the Central Coast

My wife and I have been clients of Susan’s for over 20 years. I don’t know how else to describer her but she’s absolutely amazing. She and her fantastic office team have helped us with multiple needs including car bumps all the way up to larger home issues. Susan was right there for us, talking through options, taking long distraught calls after normal business hours and even coming for onsite meetings at our home (in the SF Bay Area) with our insurance adjuster team. She is a star and a shining example of how to take care of your clients like they are family. She goes above and beyond the call of duty. My wife has a nickname for Susan - “Wonder Woman”, because she is and I agree. We would highly recommend Susan and her team to anyone looking to work with an insurance company who treats you like family.

A couple of weeks ago, I called Susan's office to inquire about a claim for water damage in my house. A representative answered, and I explained the situation, and what a plumber had told me. She said there would be a $6700 deductible on our claim. I told her the repairs would be around that amount, so it would be a waste of time filing a claim. She said I shouldn't file a claim anyway, because my premium would go up substantially. Several weeks later, I called the office regarding an auto premium question. David answered the phone, and immediately said there had been a mistake, and that he would correct it right away. I then told him that I appreciated his help, and told him about the prior call to his office. David asked me what the problem was with my first call. I explained it to him, and then he said that I had other options with my home policy. He asked me for details on our structure and contents. Bottom line: I am now paying the same premium with a $1,000 deductible. He was so helpful and patient. David really exemplifies what true customer service really is!!

I have had Susan as my ins rep for 12 years and I can clearly state that she is remarkable as is her staff. Very responsive. Back in 2019 our water heater broke and state farm was there in a flash. The adjuster who came out told us that State Farm was the best in terms of taking care of their customers when things go wrong. He was right. No fuss. No fighting us. They just paid for the damage and followed up. I am so impressed with Susan and State Farm that when I relocated to Idaho I stayed with State Farm up there even though the rates for 10% more. That says something. I trust them to take care of me if something unforeseen happens and let me assure you that Susan and State farm were very competitive here in CA, in fact I chose them because their rates were so good.Five stars for State Farm and 5 stars and a ton of gratitude for Susan and her team

I have been working with this particular agency in slo for the past 5+ yrs and I have always been completely satisfied. David Hight has totally stepped up to the plate on many occasions for myself and my daughter. He is exceptional on his follow through for the services they provide, never leaving anything unhandled. I am very impressed with how he presents himself and you won't be disappointed Guaranteed! Trust me I've had a few in my lifetime, but never here at this agency with my rep David Hight. If only they could bottle him up!!
