Horrible service, the manager Tl Jason was rude and I feel sorry for the employees that have to put up with this guy. It's unfortunate to say the least.

The bathrooms were disgraceful, oh my gosh. Now it's not their fault how packed it gets but wow! The bathrooms smell horrid, it's grimey, and the sink is out of order?? Needs to be mopped, swept, wiped down, and just kept an eye on every thirty minutes. Disgusting !!!

What's not to like about Target. I'll date myself by stating I remember when TARGET was Discos, Two Guys, now? Target :DIn-store shopping is nice. Store is very clean, spacious, and lots of associates for assistance. On-line shopping is fun and very convenient. You can drive-up and have delivered to your vehicle or delivered to your home. The Target APP is easy to install, use and navigate. I like both shopping styles, especially during the Holidays. You do know there is a STARBUCKS inside right? So get your comfy yummy Holiday drink on as you shop. Will make your shopping experience cozier I think. Happy Holidays!

Imagine writing a whole yelp reviewing complaining about no white superhero shirts, only people of color. Imagine.

rude staff is embarrassing, went to the dressing room department to be pushed away with rudeness and childlike behavior from an elder again... embarrassing!

Rachel in Ulta was rude and laughed at me for trying a concealer. Didn't try to shade match and just said pick a color, it's very wrong. Never going back to target at all the store is extremely hot inside too

I guess I go into Target about once a decade, and I was happy to see that our local Target (pronounced Tar' jhay) has undergone a remodel and now includes an Ulta store! I was dazzled by all the upscale, trendy cosmetics now available at the store! I was warmly greeted by two staff members and informed that any cosmetics from that department needed to be purchased there, but that if I were buying other items from the store they could ring those up also. Lots of info, but very helpful when the lines at check out are long.I actually find a lot of stuff on the little clearance racks at the ends of some of the aisles, and this time was no exception. I found a perfect microfiber towel (it's actually a spa sarong) to use at the gym on one of the shelves. I also encountered a couple of local workers shopping these Clearance shelves. They work at a local Starbuck's and appreciate the bargains on the sale items. It was the middle of the early afternoon, naptime for lots of toddlers, whose parents are the primary demographic for Target, so the store was not too crowded. They have also expanded their fashion section and with Back-to-School looming in the not-too-distant future, there were many Moms shopping with their teenagers in tow. I did miss the discount sections in the back of the store, where I once found the perfect lighted Christmas tree for my Mom!

This Target store is right across the street from Costco in SLO. The layout is like any other Target. Nice, clean store. There's a CVS Pharmacy inside. Quick check out and friendly staff.

Most of the large department/misc stores are sequestered to one part of SLO. I find this convenient not only because I get all my shopping needs done in one area but also because it doesn't disrupt the small town feel by the downtown areas. We came in trying to look for some electronic parts we needed. Looked online and sure enough they had what we were looking for in stock... at least online. Sadly, our experience here reflects the slow replacement of these once dominant stores in favor of online retail represented by Amazon. In an effort to "save time" we ordered online for pick up. By the time we got there, our item had not yet been picked up for us to pick up so we went searching for it on our own. Sadly what was supposedly in stock was not and we chose our second alternative. This HDMI to USB cable was terrible. Sound didn't work and was a pain to set up. There weren't many choices to choose from and most parts were made by companies we never heard from. Honestly, if there is no intention on keeping these electronic parts in stock, why have an electronic section at all?Overall, a clean store but sparsely stocked. Lines were long and only a few registers were open with long lines building up in a not so busy store. The efficiency of this store brings into question the management style here. Anyways, I would only come here if I was in urgent need of something, otherwise it looks like I'm sticking with my go to of online shopping.

Nice, clean Target location that surprisingly wasn't very busy when we stopped by on Saturday evening. Items were easy to locate, and prices were clearly marked on the shelf. Self checkout was a breeze and highly recommended if you only have a handful of items. Don't forget to bring a reusable bag!

Today Brian helped us (San Luis Obispo Target) - what great Customer Service. We ordered two of something online and when we picked them up they said they only had 1 of the items. He went to look in the store because it showed they still had more of this item eventhough they cancelled one of our orders, but come to find out they mismarked the color. Thank you Brian for your exceptional Customer Service! G & P

I've been coming to this Target for over 4 years now and have no complaints. Employee named Julie went above and beyond to help me find a product I couldn't find so I appreciate that.

New building and clean. The staff is nice. Not a fan of the fresh grocery section. The last time I was there the groceries were picked through. I come here only when I have to and do most of my shopping elsewhere for better prices.

Leaving this review specifically for Brian because he is a super human. A few weeks ago, my friend and I went for a late night Target run. We both checked out in Brian's line and spent the entire car ride home talking about how awesome he was. His energy and genuine engagement felt so refreshing. We even joked and started using his name as a verb when talking about things. [example: "What are you gonna make for dinner tonight?" "I dunno, but definitely gonna 'Brian' the best meal ever!"] Today, I went in for a couple things and set my reusable bag on top of the conveyor belt. I had forgotten that employees are not handling customer bags at this time. Brian has probably had to tell customers this hundreds of times, but he said it to me like it was the first - with grace, empathy, and understanding. Saved me the embarrassment of breaking a Covid rule. As someone who also works in a customer service role, he inspires me to do better and be better. To the higher ups, please give Brian a raise or promotion or whatever he wants so he sticks around! To all you fellow Target shoppers, go through Brian's line if you need a pick me up. He is the grand finale of a Target run!
