I ordered two racquets from tennis warehouse. The specs on the racket for weight (of actual racquet) are different from those listed on TW's website. I never used the racquets - though did take off the plastic from the grips -and only get a 65% refund. This is wrong!

Great service, I worked with a guy named Kevin. He was really attentive, knowledgeable about their products, and was very helpful telling me what line was best for my reel, and also what lures work best for the color of the water at Margarita lake. I will ask for him from now on.

Updated 06/17/2023. Lucas, a TW rep, called to rectify this and I am satisfied. It's unfortunate to have taken so long though...The good: you get to try up to 3 rackets at a time for a modest shipping fee. The bad: you get no service after the sale is completed. I recently purchased 2 Head rackets. Less than 1 month later, the grips on both rackets were coming off at the end. Yes, both rackets... To be clear, these are used 1-2 times per week. I sent them pictures requesting assistance. Email response representative, Brandon P., says the grips look well used and in need of replacing. Really??? In the same spot on both rackets, after 1 month of use, 1-2 times per week??? I asked Brandon P. to escalate the issue and nothing but crickets since... Useless.Do not believe their Shop with confidence, Unbeatable Service logo. Use the convenient racket trial service, buy somewhere with actual service in case you need it. It is severely lacking at Tennis Warehouse.

The website has been my goto for tennis gear since 2006. Great for buying things like shoes, shorts, socks, overwrap, strings but not the best experience for buying a racquet

There's nothing additional Tennis Warehouse could have done to make my first 'purchase' my last. Purchase in quotes since I never received my racquet after more than two weeks and I had to cancel the never arriving order. Initially their website was UX friendly and they advertised their two day shipping which you can't beat - I went ahead and purchased a racquet through them. This purchase was made on a Thursday, noting the weekend could potentially prolong the shipment from the two day guarantee I wasn't concerned though due to my excitement, the following Tuesday I checked the status of the shipment using the order tracking number provided. This was the first introduction to how disorderly their entire operation is... 5 days after order: My order showed backlogged which I thought was strange, I would have expected a courtesy call or email notification of the delay. I called & was greeted by a nice gentleman with a New England accent who informed me that the string I had ordered was not available, and there was no expectation whether it would arrive within 15 days or longer... Okay, I figured that should have prompted a call to the customer at the minimum to inform me, or secondly ask if I would like an alternative string which I opted for on the call. He was very helpful on the phone and said they would get right on stringing the racquet and it would be going out that day or the following. I was okay with the delay, they were very kind and helpful on the phone and I understand these mishaps occur... If only that was it... 7 days after order: Two days passed since I spoke to the gent on the phone, I checked the order status lo and behold the same status, order not yet shipped, backlogged... Call again, a nice gal picks up the phone and checks on my order, comes back and apologizes for the delay, my racquet was still with the stringers and it should be going out today. Okay, fine, as long as it is here next week no problem... 9 days after order (2 conversations later): I wake up Saturday morning and check the status after two confirmations from Tennis Warehouse my order would have been shipped the prior week. To no surprise, the order status remained the same, order not yet shipped, backlogged. I emailed them (attached) to cancel the order and anticipated a response the following week confirming the cancellation and honoring the refund. No response was to be had. 14 days after order: Noting no email response, I called again. Same girl, very nice, she requested my order number which I provided, and she put me on a few minute hold... When she returned, she apologized and indicated the stringers had put the string on incorrectly(huh?) and that they would string it correctly today and send it out - obviously at this point I can't trust their lip service so I explained I had emailed them, this was the 4th call and to please cancel my order. She politely obliged... Again, no call to inform me my order went from two days to two weeks, and there was most likely no expectation the order would have been remedied without my action. I CANNOT dissuade potential customers from seeking other options, there were no redeeming qualities to Tennis Warehouse and as I write this I presume I will need to call in several times to follow up with my refund. Tennis Warehouse is the epitome of a Mickey Mouse operation and should be ashamed at the lack of service and operations they provide. TL;DR: Avoid Tennis Warehouse at all costs, if you do place an order track your order religiously and call daily. If there are any backlogs or problems with your order, they will NOT call or email you to confirm and your order will set on standby until you follow up.

Had a great experience dealing with the TW team. My family was visiting US and I ordered a racquet that was a good deal. They helped me to manage the order to arrive on time, even with a mistake on my end on the shipping address. Super thanks to everyone!! Cheers

It's great to have a specialty tennis retailer in the area. Their sidewalk shoe sales can't be beat, I've been getting my tennis shoes at these sales for years.When I used to string rackets it was very convenient having a ready source for any type of string I might need.

I tried to buy a pair of shoes online during Black Friday / Cyber Monday deals, but it feels like they would not honor the price and they cancelled my order instead. They are saying "Item is Missing from Inventory", but it still shows "In Stock".TW used to be pretty good, but it seems like they've gone downhill. They need to take lessons from Amazon customer service. I don't think I'll shop at TW again, you've lost me and I won't recommend TW to others.

Great execution, fast shipment. I'm not sure where all these bad reviews come from. I ordered in the fall after tennis season, perhaps that has something to do with it. I submitted an online order Saturday in October 2022, got an email about shipment the following Tuesday. Following Thursday I got the order, everything was accurate. This was for a new strung racquet, to be strung by them.

Wow! So glad a friend recommended this buisness. I needed the handle of my racket wrapped. Warm and friendly staff was helpful and accommodating. The selection of footwear was fantastic and ended up buying two pair! Looking forward to retiring soon to stock up on accessories!
