My wife bought me a shirt for Valentine's Day. It was very nice upon arrival, but after wearing it for less than a day, the shirts printed designe showed there was a peice of string that was under the print that came off the shirt. So now there is a big black line missing from the shirt picture.It doesn't seem like much but I see it every single time I look down at the shirt and it makes it hard for me to want to wear it when it arrived damaged.

Just want to let you know that this place has very bad customer service. Today I went to pick up my order and I had questions on the invoice. There was a 20.00 shipping fee and a 49.00 set up fee that was not previously disclosed to me. When I brought this up with the Man at the other side of the counter. His response was either pay for the items or get the F-out of here. Needless to say I decided to walk out without the items. Never going to do business with this company again.

Great place to get custom embroidery done. They stand behind their work. I recently had an order that it wasn't quite what I wanted and the owner Ken re-did the whole thing pronto. Awesome customer service.
