“it has always been a great spot, recently there has been a new gentleman working who just doesn't understand customer service... I usually have a high tolerance for such a thing as I've done it myself. I just wan't to say to anyone who comes here, if you have a bad experience, it's the new clerk and it's not representative of the business itself. I hope the situation is remedied, otherwise I have no interest in returning. (they do have GREAT PRICES AND A GREAT SELECTION OF ITEMS;). don't get turned off by the kid if you encounter him, it's a really good shop and he'll be gone soon, or so I hope”

“Terrific experience. Been to plenty of smoke shops but the staff was incredibly friendly let me look around and gave me a nice lil tour for my first time. Found a product I liked and Sharon who was helping me suggested a new tobacco that I really like!! It was packaged REALLY well which I appreciated since I was on my bike and it went in my backpack.Great prices and killer service I will def be back”
