Today is my birthday. I called this store at 10am when they opened to ask if they do FREE MAKEUP for birthdays. She said "Yes! & WE DO FREE HAIR!!" I was SO EXCITED. We talked about it the WHOLE TIME she was doing hair/makeup. When I got to register I was charged $77. I asked what it was for because I was only tipping her. She had told me I could tip at register after I ASKED if people "TIP WHEN YOU DO FREE HAIR/MU" SHE SAID YES. THE MANAGER WAS SOOOOOOOO RUDE & ACTING DUMB. ASKING ME WHO I TALKED TO ETC. SHE SAID "SRY, BEST I CAN DO IS 10% OFF. ON MY BIRTHDAY?! I was LIED TO MY FACE. SHE ALSO DIDN'T GIVE ME BIRTHDAY GIFT. I HAVE BEEN REWARDS MEMBER FOR 10 YEARS. SHE KEPT ASKING FOR CORPORATE EMAILS. SO I AM CURRENTLY ON THE PHONE WITH CORPORATE TO HANDLE THIS. Just came into the store again with the guy on phone and five different coupon codes he gave the manager and she kept saying none of them worked. He said they all worked and that he tested them so she was doing it on purpose. All I wanted was my little mini birthday gift that I get every year. Ended up getting hung up on by corporate for some reason. Happy birthday to me. NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN!!!!

This sweet young lady by the name of "Faith" I believe was very helpful on black Friday, there were a lot of people in the premises but she took her time with me, to make sure my skincare products were the ones that I needed to require. Super sweet and caring about my needs. Give her a raise!!

The store was in a good location, everything you would expect from an Ulta store. I just went in to get some cologne and was looking for something specific. We probably looked for 10+ min without anyone approaching us for help. When we got to the register the girl was OK however after asking if we had a phone number for their membership, she then said "Just press ok on the next screen if you want" as if it was no big deal and something we should do. What were we saying ok to? Signing up for a CREDIT CARD! It felt almost fraudulent and it was highly unprofessional and weird. If I still had the receipt I would find her name and report her to management. No Bueno!

This store is super gross and low on inventory. Open product everywhere that is not tester specified. Smashed products and leaking things everywhere. They are out of tissues to wipe off make up you try on your hand and when asked about tissues they have no answers for you. They don’t sell products that are listed on their website. Both items I came for they don’t even sell. The staff are depressed and disengaged and I don’t blame them.

I went to the Ulta salon to get a blowout on 6-20-23. The woman who did my hair was a total sweetheart and had great customer service. However my issue was that I was over charged by $35. In the description of what they offer for a $45 blowout, it states thermal styling (straightening or curling) however on my checkout receipt it says I was charged $45 for a blowout and $35 extra to have my hair straightened. I was charged $75 to have my hair washed, blow dried, and straightened? When I called the supervisor to bring it to her attention she argued that thermal styling was not included, once I told her it says it is in their description she stated it's because the appointment took an extra 15 minutes because I have "a lot of hair" lol my hair is just below my shoulders and average thickness. When I calmly and politely explained that it doesn't makes sense for me to pay $35 for 15 minutes of straightening (which I had to redo once I got home anyways) Anyways moral of the story, super sweet staff but was almost charged double what I should've been especially for the quality.

Ulta was certainly not ULTImate service today. I was in the store for at least a half hour with no one offering to help. When I first walked in, I was greeted by hello but then nothing while 3 of the employees seemed to be talking about one of their weddings and scheduling. I later learned that one of them was a manager. I thought about saying something but then considered I would just be seen as a cranky old lady. Yes, I'm a senior but ended up spending $115 today on things I was able to find all on my own, no thanks to anyone helping or offering suggestions.I'll stick with Sephora where I can always count on good help.

My first time going to Ultra Beauty Salon, and I was not disappointed!My hair stylist was Gina who gave me a consultation a few days before my appointment. (Which I would always advise )She talked me through each step as I had grey/silver roots that where at least 2/3 inch and the rest of my hair was yellow from old hair colour. What she accomplished was amazing!! My hair is now all one colour of silver.Thank you very much Gina..
