My sister took me here for the first time today. She's bought several things here in the past years and wanted to show me around. As we entered a white woman with dreads(which yikes but whatever not the point of this review) greeted us and everything was normal. However when we were looking at the selection in the back I could just feel her eyes on us. My sister had her eyes on one singular gem in the back those in the big tub for like 10$ she keeps it in her hand and then she goes to their other side of the store because she sees a Mary Magdalene deck which she's been in search of. She's in the middle of telling me more about the deck when that same lady interrupts us and pops herself uncomfortably to us and emphasizes how we need to put the gem in a tray. Again it was one singular gem and she could see we were holding it. I get this may be a way to curb stealing but if anyone wanted to steal anything it would be incredibly easy tray or not. Her energy was just so off putting and we felt like it was only directed to us. We put the one singular gem back and we're ordering that deck from another store. If the owners see this maybe just invest in some more security cameras if you're that worried about people stealing 10$ gems but having people like that as an employee definitely made me never want to go back there. This store is supposed to be all about good vibes and energy however that's the opposite of how I felt leaving this store.

This is my favorite store in San Luis Obispo. I went to this shop because something caught my eye as I was walking around the town and was greeted by the owner, Christine. I spent over an hour in her shop just admiring all the beautiful items in her store and the calming energy that you feel there. I had the pleasure of talking with Christine and she ensured that I got the crystals I needed and is the sweetest soul. I came back the next day as it was the last day of my trip and bought a few more items and had another beautiful conversation with the owner and now it’s somewhere I must stop by every time I’m in town.

I like this place. I am a fan of rocks and this place has a bunch of giant geodes and fossils and crystals. Everything is a bit larger than life and extravagant looking and it's just a fun store to walk through. I would give it a higher rating, but everything in here is so expensive that it's not even something I'm tempted by.

Exquisite selection of crystals and jewelry (from high-end rings to simpler gemstone bracelets) in a beautiful retail setting in downtown SLO. Gaia's Gallery has such a vast collection of gems in different variations and prices, and an ample selection of amethyst, labradorite, jade and lesser-known or rare precious rocks like moldavite. Gaia's also has good info on the crystals they sell, and can find what you need. It's a fun place to browse and gift shop, and the staff are always friendly.

This is a fascinating store.. Lots of interesting things in there -- an amazing collection of fossils; great pieces of wall art and local photography; BEAUTIFUL, UNIQUE CRYSTALS - for sure - some of them large enough to make gorgeous statement pieces in the right room. For high quality, they're priced right.. The store itself is a fascinating experience.I feel that every time I go in.. There's a good vibe in there, too. Another section on metaphysical and spiritual well-being, sound bowls, healing stones, sages. Customer service has always been great, in my experience. Gaia's Gallery is an amazing place, truth be told, and a must-see in downtown SLO.

This place is pretty cool, a colorful geological wonderland. There are some stunning crystal formations along with lots of inexpensive gems for the kids. They have jewelry and all kinds of beautiful crystal concoctions. They have fossils, meteorites, and stuff I never knew existed. I like the way that they attach emotions to the different crystal types. It kind of gives the gem a long-lasting attachment to your life. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They also have services in the mystical and metaphysical domains.Gaia's Gallery is only a block away from the parking garage and surrounded by great restaurants and shops along the river. The Mission is a short walk away. It's a unique and fun place to walk through.

Way too expensive. There were decent sized chunks of black tourmaline for $85!!!! They should have been $20 max! It looks really pretty, and the chip bracelets are decently priced ($10 per) and a wide selection, which is why I gave it that extra star, but virtually everything else is insanely priced. Every time I looked at a new rock I grew even more shocked.

This store is absolutely breathtaking. I happened to park in front of it in SLO and felt drawn in by all the energy inside. The owner was amazing and took time to educate me on meanings of certain crystals and the sounds you can create! I can’t wait to go back in there, and I recommend anyone to stop by for yourself, for an amazing gift, or just to breathe in and feel the positivity.

Gaia's Gallery has so much to choose from, and a lot of one of a kinds you haven't come across elsewhere. I highly recommend stopping in and looking around. Christine and the rest of her team are such a pleasure, and will help you with whatever you need. A terrific local business I hope is around for years to come.

I used to really enjoy this place but when they changed their name i thought it was super weird cause of the store in morro bay having a really similar name and it seemed like they were copying but thats not too strange, there are alot of businesses with similar names. I defiantly dont like going into the store anymore tho, like the vibes are always off, i constantly feel followed and judged like they think im stealing, and it just always feels so heavy in the store. I completely understand monitoring the store, making sure people arent stealing or damaging such beautiful pieces, but everytime i go it it feels like im a criminal when i havent even done anything.
