Catheters not in the insurance network, the team went above and beyond, tracking down another company, making phone calls, and following up daily until the order was fulfilled. The 1800 team has done an excellent job the last five years. We had a little bump getting the right information from my doctor, but the team did an outstanding job of bending over backwards to resolve the issue. I recommend they all get a FREE margarita after work Monday.
