I would like to say that if workers have disrespectful tattoos to please make them cover up. I am a women and seeing a man have a tattoo on his arm of a womens legs spread with everything showing is beyond humiliating and embarassing. Yes, it's their body to put what they want, but show some decency and diginity at work.
