Do not waste your time at this store ! Incompetent employees , New people are left on the floor without proper training and proper knowledge of how to do their jobs. The bald manager is very disrespectful Sitting in the back and expects the new employees to do his job. Highly recommend you go to Escondido or someplace you can get better service. Zero stars

Manny is always super helpful! I’ve set up 2 phone lines and an apple watch and he’s been nothing short of perfect! i moved from verizon to ATT and have had zero issues! If you’re at the san marcos location talk to Manny he’ll get you right!

Bad customer, typical of AT&T but specific to this location. Came by to purchase a sim card replacement due to current one being damaged. Lady was impolite and I was turned away to go to a corporate store. Switch to T-mobile, better prices and 100x better customer service.

This location, key word, LOCATION, is by far one of the best. The people are patient and very joyful. The Employee who helped me, April, was very patient with me when trying to understand the info she was telling me. As well as set up and conclude my visit after much help without any issues. Wonderful AT&T Location!

I usually don’t give bad reviews but my experience here warrants one. I understand employees may not have the best days but it is no excuse to take out their frustration on a customer or to belittle them for not knowing the answers. Had a horrible experience - even if they are not able to help me, I would at least like to be respected and not given a condescending lecture about how I don’t know how to do something.

The so-called manager there "Abril" is a rude cunt. Kept cutting me off telling me that my iPhone 13 Pro Max wouldn't qualify for the $1000 trade-in promotion at going on during the iPhone launch around Thanksgiving time and I kept trying to explain to her that I had AppleCare plus for my iPhone from Apple and I had an appointment to go and get the phone replaced after I paid the deductible of $99 but she wouldn't let me explain. It kept cutting me off before I got a chance to explain to her. She is very rude and a professional. She not be the manager there as she doesn't let a customer get a word in and she also smells really bad like pot, I was just so over it and fed up with her condescending attitude not even letting me get a word and I'm switching to T-Mobile. They're giving me $1000 off to you and it's not for 36 months it's only for two years instead of three goodbye, AT&T, you just lost a loyal customer of 10+ years.

This is the only store I go to. The customer service from Leonard and Manny is first class. They helped me set-up my kids phone, and also another time helped me diagnose a problem. Plus the vibe in there is super chill.
