Worst customer service ever! I've been with Boost for years. Was trying to add another line & buy a phone. It was like pulling teeth to get this woman to sell me anything! We walked out.

Very helpful staff. I pop in for minor questions periodically as I am technically challenged at times. Most recently, Ray was super friendly and nice...if I had a business requiring customer service, I would consider stealing her from T-Mobile! Thanks for the help!

I was so frustrated with our current mobile carrier Verizon and wanted so switched to t mobile. My expectation was pretty long process of switching. But this lady named Ray who works at this t mobile store was very smart and well informed about their products. In and out of the store in about 15 min. And I am switching ALL OF our 3 lines.

Went in to pay my bill on my business account and the employees recommended I contact customer service because they cancelled one of my lines and are still charging me the same price. $89 for one line with 2 gb shared data, no upgrades in years and I've been a customer for a decade now. So the customer service ends up jerking me around even further, absolutely no help and delays my bill even further after they agreed to make changes but then hung up on me. Today I paid my bill in full on top of all the discrepancies and bs and they closed my account. What an awesome way to treat your local USMC combat veteran and small business owner, and to think these are the people we put our lives on the line to protect. Ive never asked for anything but I would expect to be treated equally and with a sense fairness. The experience here has me regretting ever choosing to do business with T-Mobile in the first place.

Came in to get my new iPhone connected with my T Mobile number. It ended up being a great experience because of two employees--Maria and Ray. They helped me get everything set up. Ray is new but she has great people skills and Maria knew exactly what to do. I will say when I first came in the district manager, Joe was sitting there. When I asked if he worked there he said, "I do but I don't help customers." That was kind of a weird response but then he got really rude. I've been a TMobile customer for 18 years and my monthly bill is $179. So I've spent $38,000.00 at T Mobile. He could have been a little nicer, just saying!

Although there is hardly no problems with their phone connections data or text, and the pricing is not bad either. There is something very wrong with the Boost mobile Company which is now owned by Dish Network. Their customer service is the worse I have ever come across. You ask for your own account records and are told you have to get a court supena for them. You ask for a proof of purchase of a phone you bought full price at there store and they cannot give it to you or unlock it. They also put you on hold for hours and when you finally make your point and the cannot dispute it they hang up on you and you have to start all over. Right now my account was gotten into with my stolen credit card and they let some guy buy activate and purchase this all with a females credit card and he was a guy and she lived in a different state and boost mobile will not help her get her money back or any paperwork so she can have her bank putfraud on it. Is this the type of company anyone wants to do any kind of business with? I don't think so

My family and I had a great experience with the staff from this location. They were helpful and answered all our questions. We traded in a couple of phones for new phones based on a promotion. We ran into an issue regarding the promotion but they were able to help and quickly resolve the problem.

This staff and store are absolutely horrible. ZERO customer service skills, 4 employees standing around watching the 5th one do all the work and none know what they are doing. Off to AT&T we go.

Klara is soo Awesome went in and bought a new Apple series 4 watch she helped me set it up and got me going I love the watch it's soo awesome this store is awesome she has a great team she's a awesome manager give her a raise she works very very hard Awesome person
