My ATM/Debit card is expiring soon. I cannot get anyone from this credit union to answer a phone, read an email, return a call, or communicate at all.

Don't open an account with this credit union. I just opened an account less than a month ago and the customer service has been awful. Every time I call them to ask a question or get help with a request, (since I am new to this bank and don't know everything yet) they talk down to me and seem annoyed that I didn't already know that this request could be handled on the mobile app or website. I've never had issues like this when calling other businesses or banks in the past. Definitely disappointed and regretting opening this account. Save yourself the hassle and just go elsewhere.

I was looking for a personal loan. Rod was an absolute pleasure. I hope Cal Coast knows how awesome Rod represents you. Fantastic experience. I would highly recommend this Credit Union. I financed my truck through Cal Coast previously. Cal Coast was the lowest interest rate overall including San Diego County Credit Union!

I love this bank and just California Coast Credit Union in General they are for the people. As well they don't charge you for bogus things unlike,Wells fargo on the other hand is a rip off especially to many Hispanics who don't know much about banks, Well fargo always find a way to add fees and charges for example by not using your card enough times or of you have less than 500 in your checkings they deduct 10 every month. They are such a joke and they charge you 10 as well to even cash your own check how ridiculous ?

Every time I go in, the tellers are SO helpful! Specifically today, Jana helped me and answered my questions (which I felt embarrassed to asked since I feel too young to know anything!) but she made my entire experience positive and welcoming. Thank you so much Jana! You're so sweet and definitely more tellers need to be like her! What a great individual she was. And am absolute pleasure so have helped me today.

This bank sucks the people who work there are completely incompetent. They have messed up my auto loan 3 times and it's got me "30 day failure to pay" on my credit. Worst part is now I got wait another week because I am not taking time off work to fix their mistake. So I got waste another Saturday fixing this. My account is set to auto pay and I have never missed a payment. EVER! And then when I call in to speak to someone they don't even have my email correctly entered into their system. When they checked they see that my email address is written correctly on the documents. And then they tell my I've got to submit a form to dispute this... and after I submit it then I've to wait another 30 to 60 days for them to see it if "merits" being removed. Like you guys messed up. I have the call reference numbers from the last time. And they didn't even tell me about the "30 day failure to pay" the last time I felt with them even though it clearly had already been done to me. Otherwise I would have fixed it then. The level of incompetence is astounding... I would not trust this company with any of finances. Once this loan is paid off I am never doing business with them again. And I am going to make sure no one I know does business with them either. And when they finally email me the form it's not in the attachments and they send me a link to a login page ... no you said you were going to email me a form that I could print. Not that you were going to send me a link to a login page. GO TO ANOTHER BANK.

Stay clear.This bank is awful and does not follow current times (use of electronic services, etc.). Frequent mistakes on account and long delays to speak to people on the phone. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.

Worst customer service I ever experienced by a bank they did not want to answer questions or explain why certain things were happening...they didnt even want to call customer service to help me and my husband....we got so upset and frustrated we just closed our accounts because of how bad service was we went back to wells Fargo because they are a whole lot better at customer service

I've been banking here since I was 17 and the people who work here are so nice and helpful! They rates are reasonable and there's no crazy hidden fees. Love them!
