“I was trying on a variety of clothes and the man working the dressing room was absolutely amazing. (His name might've been Octavian but I'm horrible with names). He helped me build a whole outfit. I ended up buying way more than I originally came here for, but it made such a great outfit I can't complain. I would've never mixed and matched those pieces of clothing together on my own. I used to use a personal stylist at the Macys in UTC, but she recently retired, I wish I could hire this man to shop with me everywhere he was so helpful.”

Besides, where else in an era of surcharges for bags, gift-wrapping, no cash accepted, and detached electronic check-out kiosks can you find concierge personal shoppers to help with that special gift for the little person in your life?
Their flexibility in store policy for new moms was much appreciated when a friend needed to exchange a new-born outfit that didn't fit anymore. So happy they have stayed magical!!”
“Our family has been on a binge spree with Ross locations and this Ross specifically took the cake today. I feel selfish to keep this location as a secret but honestly. It's the best one! Everything is clean, great selection and what put the cherry on the top. Was Amy and Charlie the cashier. It's really refreshing when you take a break from Amazon.com and actually walk into stores that you want to buy from. We came across Amy and she had such a vibe and great demeanor. “This is the only Gap in San Diego that's still open but I guess there's going to be a UTC location opening soon that was being remodeled. Everything here was sparkling clean and perfectly organized. Everyone that worked there were extremely helpful and friendly. Sometimes when you go into retail you can tell people hate being there working, but not these employees! They truly made you feel like it was their pleasure to help and everyone was super friendly.”

“Its one of the small clothing stores inside the mall but it does have a good selection of clothing at reasonable prices. This was my second time in this store and i did find a couple of things that i liked. One thing I don't understand its why they try to sell you a bag for your purchased items, I thought grocery stores where the only ones that needed to charge for bags according to the bag law. Where will the money be going towards if i do purchase a bag..?”

“I do love H&M. I always find clothing I like here, and they sell casual as well as suits and dresses. The men's section is smaller than the women's but it's all really nice looking clothes. The one star docked down is because I wish they had more sustainable clothing. Fast fashion is something I hope dies out.”
