I started dealing with this company in January I have a 1971 Corvette I used this company for chrome plating when turned in the parts they said they'd have them ready for me in 2 weeks it actually took a month-and-a-half everything looks good except for the blinker assembly it took another 2 months to get them to come back and redo them as of 11th of April they came and picked up the blinker assembly said they needed 2 weeks I still don't haveyhem at this point now I feel like I'm getting the runaround.After posting the first part of of this review they made it right and I am happy their service very good quality work.

I had a chrome plating job done with CP USA and they did a great job for me! From the beginning, my rep Alicia walked me through the process and answered any/all questions I had. Gave me an accurate quote and from there it didn't take long to get the job done. Excellent communication and excellent job. Definitely worth checking out for any work on metals, they know their stuff!

I had an uncommon request because my Moen shower handles needed to have the Moen extension piece that was made of stainless steel and it didn't look good with the other parts of the shower trim. I took the chance and contacted Alicia to see if they would plate my extension pieces with brushed nickel and oil rubbed bronze. They even picked up the parts from my house during COVID and then delivered the finished product. It was a small job and yet they did it with no complaint and my shower parts all look great now!!! I really appreciate their willingness to do it! Thank you!
