Hi I came in Saturday 11/11/2023 Alicia was working she was rude and disrespectful.I try restoring a line from my account (it was just suspended) she told me I had to go to the bank to get money out so she could charge me $40. When I called another cricket store they said it was free. she refused to help me. Her attitude was terrible. She shouldn’t be working with customers if she’s going to have that attitude. I also asked her for the other girl that’s always works at that location cause she’s always respectful, and happy to help me but she acted as if she didn’t know who she was.

I bought one of their iPhone 12. They told me it was demo but it would work lik normal. I went through I hard time trying to figure out why it wasn’t functioning. Turns out it was in demo mode even when they sold it to me. They asked for cash only, but now that I want to return it they said it was a final sale.Its irresponsible to sell phones that won’t work like regular phones. Apple has better prices than this.

This store is a scam fest! Buyer beware definitely applies here! They left my old sim active so they could get into my phone number to get into my banking apps! CRIMINALS! This was a guy, not a woman. Have had several instances of banking apps opening on their own. Granted, I didn't check reviews on this location before I did business with them, but should I have needed to? I guess so ! Checked sim status on cricket website and it said that they were STILL transferring to my new phone! A month later! Apparently, everyone working this location runs their own scams. Just a heads up to stay away from this location.

I am new Cricket customer and the customer service has been excellent from beginning to end. Jacob greeted us immediately and luckily I knew what to I needed and wanted to start my service, so the transition was smooth and easy. Thank you Jacob!

If I could give this location a 0, I would. I just went into the store yesterday 2/20/22 to transfer from another phone provider. The staff stated that she checked my phone etc. and it was fully unlocked. I asked her if she was sure and she stated that she verified and said that I would not have any issues. She proceeded to check me out. I paid $100.00 cash for phone service and then she told me that now my phone was showing that it was locked, but that's ok, I would just need to call the previous provider and then new cricket phone service would be available. I called and they informed me that I could not unlock my phone. I then went back to cricket and the rep stated that there's nothing she can do , just go back with my previous carrier. I asked her for a refund of my $100.00 as I can not use the phone service at my old provider or this one, as I don't have money to pay for additional services ,she then proceeded to tell me that Cricket does not give refunds and smiled and stated that she could sell me a good phone. Wow, I'm not sure if this rep did this to make a sale, but me being very naïve to phone transfer unlock phone etc. I trusted this rep to do the right thing. All in all, I lost $100.00 and I am left without cell phone service until next month, or until I can afford to pay more money. I have been trying to get in touch with a manager , it seems they never have a manager on site. Very bad! Please beware of this location 670 Sanmarcos Blvd., Cricket store.

If your hours are from 10-7PM, I suggest closing registers after the store is said to be closed. I guess your employees are not motivated enough to get a sale.

The woman who assisted me was very patient and helpful. I am so grateful she was able to help me find a phone to use on crickets network for my daughter who has physical disabilities.
