Why is it that they made a pregnant lady wait 30 minutes, but took another person who just walked in, before me? I hope it is not because I am younger and of a different skin color. I have been coming here off and on for years. And this is just disappointing. I asked about it when I was done. And the worker who overlooked me acted like he forgot, and didn't know what I was talking about. I am going to stay away from this place from now on. It is not a good feeling to be overlooked.

Today I received a REAL A++++ mani-pedi, the way they used to do it! John and Cindy did an excellent job! They took their time and the experience AND results were superb!! Next time you're shopping at Walmart in San Marcos DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, stop in for a treat!!

They took 2.5 hours for a full set . She cut me and made me bleed, constantly hurt me by filing my skin, and they look TERRIBLE. I showed her what length I wanted them and she filed them down from there way shorter than what I said . They are lopsided with different shaped ends on each finger. She got something stuck underneath the nail polish so there's a huge bump . There is super glue and nail polish all over my fingers. I hate them . I paid $35 and they refuse to refund me all of my money . Do not go here it is a waste of time and money . I can't wait to get my next paycheck so I can get them fixed at an ACTUAL nail salon.

I really hate to leave this review as I've LOVED the job they do (nails never looked chunky or irregular). However, between the man and woman the prices were always different even when who I went with got the same exact service ($39 for me, $35 for them and the next visit would be $40....etc). Last Thursday we had what would have been our regular visit, everything was fine until my mother called to let me know she was charged $935, this is NO JOKE. I understand their CC machine could have been the problem but when my mother called they HUNG UP on her twice. This is not ok, they will be letting their bank handle this as the establishment won't even talk to her. So beyond disappointing. Pay them in CASH people.

I like this place. Recommend Kim, she is a nice and taking really good care of your nails. Remove old nail polish, and did a new one for only $20 so cheap. I dont want to give 5 stars because I need to see how long their nail polish will be last. In general, I like this place.

Hanna has been really accommodating with my schedule. She does really good job with my lashes. I have been coming to her for the past few months and she has never disappointed me.

It pains me to have to write this review, but I feel it is necessary because I have been a loyal customer for over 3 years. I have always loved this place. Tom and Hannah both do beautiful work. I was getting my nails, eyelash extensions and eyebrow waxes here forever. Recently my work schedule has gotten crazy so I would always text Hannah asking if she had any availability on certain days during the week. She would always find me something, however, she started canceling my appointments. At first it was every now and then and although it was still inconvenient, I was always understanding. In the past month or two she has canceled on me time after time!!! I'm talking 3 in a row. I had to end up going to someone else for an eyelash fill out of desperation. I tried to make an appointment again this past week and over looked all the canceling and she cancels again... an hour before my appointment. I am very saddened by the whole thing! I have sent them MULTIPLE clients throughout the years, I spent an average of $200 a month at the salon, and now out of nowhere, I feel like I am no longer a valued customer whatsoever. Such a shame. The search begins for a new salon!

If you plan on going to this salon I highly recommend calling ahead of time to make an app, even if it's before you drive over. I'm usually in Toms chair for 1 1/2 - 2 hours since I almost always ask for designs. And while I'm there i witness so many walk Ins and sadly they get turned down sometimes. It's not the salons fault they are busy, but this is just a tip. The wait is often worth it but definitely set time aside if you're in a rush.

I am very upset I have been coming here for a few years and I normally go to tom or Hanna. I went in last week and was told the other woman who worked there would do a good job on my nails. I Asked for coffin shape and they came out so bad, so thick and some of the nails didn't look like the polish was coated on correctly. I am just upset because I live in Oceanside and drive to San Marcos because I usually love how good of a job Tom/ Hanna do and it's money I paid as well for a job that wasn't well done.
