I am deeply furious with my recent rental experience with this enterprise location. They had the audacity to hand me a car with almost flat tires and oil maintenance lights glaring in my face, all while a storm raged outside. When I brought up these safety concerns to the management team, Rachel offered a so-called resolution that was nothing short of misleading. And to add insult to injury, they had the nerve to charge me the full price for the rental despite putting my safety at risk. This level of negligence and dishonesty is absolutely unacceptable. Avoid this location like the plague unless you enjoy endangering your life and being ripped off!

I had my car in the shop for something unrelated. The insurance of the at fault party was paying, so I can’t complain about “gettin my money’s worth,” but I certainly would never spend any of my money here. I rented a car out on 01/30. By 02/01, the car’s battery died and had to wait an hour to get the battery jumped. The following day, I stopped by the Enterprise to request to have the battery changed (taking time off work). The sales rep explained that the process would take about a day or so and that it would be easier to just switch me to a new car. I’m fine with anything that resolves my issue. But before taking this new car I had to assure that it had a good battery because I was not in the mood to be stranded again, so I asked if they can check the battery in the new car to give me assurance. She said they did not have the equipment to verify the battery’s status, but there was a FireStone down the street, to which they have a partnership with, and I can take it to them and have it checked at no cost. I understand that it is my responsibility to keep the car in good condition, but it should not be the customer’s burden to assure the vehicle is in a good condition to begin with. That’s what we pay to use it for. Anyways, I took it to FireStone and shout out to their manager Manny as he provided excellent service and gave the vehicle a full inspection. He found that the battery was eroding and was going to die out on me at any moment. So that’s two cars with bad batteries back-to-back. He was ready to replace the battery but was waiting for authorization from Enterprise to do so. What was a 10 minute procedure turned to a 2 hour wait because Enterprise took forever to answer, eating more of my vacation leave from work. I called the Enterprise corporate line to complain and they submitted a request to the store to contact me back to see how we can resolve the issue (this was on 02/02). I got my car back on 02/14 and turned in the rental the same day. I am posting this on 02/16 and they have not reached me back to either see what we can do to make the issue right or at least apologize. Thankfully I didn’t pay a dime (honestly, only reason they don’t have a one star), but if I ever get in an accident again (knock on wood I don’t), I won’t get my car repaired at Tag Collision because even though they do great work, the Enterprise they’re partnered with has terrible service.

This place is the worst place in north county. I rented a car a week ago and they give me a really ugly red car and I asked them to change it for a different one and Rachel the asisten manager told me that she was going to call me so she can exchanged and she never did. I won't recommend this place specially if Rachel is in charge of the place. This place is trash

I am not really one to write reviews, but with the service I had here, I just had to take the timeout of my day to write it. I believe the young man that helped us was named Ronald. He was so kind, patient, thoughtful. When we talked to him you could tell that he was actively LISTENING to what we had to say, and he would always be smiling. He really is a the right person when it comes to customer service. This was the first time my family rented a car and Ronald made it a wonderful experience. We will definitely be coming back to this location if we ever need to rent a car again. As far as service goes, they will definitely find a car that will meet your expectations and financial needs. I would recommend.

The process that they have in place are not the best. You get to the front counter and you think you're all set up but it turns out that you have to wait another hour for someone else to take you to the vehicle and then check out in the parking lot.

I had to go to this location to switch out a car that I rented from Enterprise, that broke down and was treated as if they have never done business with me before. For their “busiest day of the year, they had a minimal staff to accommodate their customers.

Such a waste of time; booked a mid size luxury suv (BMW X5, Porsche Macan, or equivalent). Then, the night before, the branch rep (Luke) called me to confirm the booking, which I did. I specifically asked him about my options for next morning and he said I didn’t need to worry as they had plenty of options (Audi Q5, Mercedes,….) given I told him I had couple Lexus cars myself and looking to experience something luxury and different. Next day, I went to pick up the car for our 7 day out of state trip; to my surprise, they had nothing but a beaten down GLC300 and a Lexus NX. I then asked them about other luxury options as I was willing to pay more and get a full size luxury and/or sedan. They had NOTHING!

Disgusted with this company to say the least....my daughter was sent to Enterprise by our insurance company after being in an accident. My daughter is a 20 year old mild and meek young lady and I think the men in that shop preyed on that. She was asked what kind of vehicle she wanted and she told them that she wanted a vehicle that was covered by her insurance. Leo told her ok no problem. After turning in the car they charged her $469 when it should have been $0. I called to speak with the manager and Leo who answered the phone said the manager was not available. Well after 4 phone calls I found out Leo is the manager who deceived me on the phone saying the manager was in a meeting. I spoke with 3 people in this office Elijah, Leo and Luke all 3 of them lied and said they would credit her back the money and never did it. After 4 phone calls and after 2 months they finally gave my daughter back her money. This place is running a racket and I am ashamed of them and my insurance company that sent me to them.

Beware of the liars that work here! Back in mid July of 2023 my car had an issue with the evap system and I had to take it to Centric Auto where it had been worked on before. I knew it was going to take a day or two and needed a rental so I could still get to work. I know from the other times I've taken my car there they help customers with getting rentals and cover the first day. The person who picked me up took a moment to ask Centric if they had a card on file with their account because they were having trouble finding it. She was told they did. The day after I got the rental I received a standard text from the Enterprise manager wanting to make sure everything was satisfactory. I held onto it. There was a delay in getting the part needed for my car and because of the amount of time it takes to complete the type of repair that needed to be done, which overlapped the weekend when Centric is closed, I ended up using the rental for 6 calendar days. July 12-18. When Centric called and said my vehicle was ready for pickup, I dropped off the rental with them on the 18th. While getting the paperwork from the service writer, Victor, the general manager and/or owner of Centric, said to them from a back office behind the front counter there was no balance because it was a comeback repair and covered by the warranty. It was the SECOND time they had to redo what they did, making it a total of THREE times a canister valve needed to be replaced in my car's evap system. Then I distinctly remember him also saying that they would cover the ENTIRE rental. Probably to make up for it. Later around July 29th I got a message from a guy at Enterprise saying they needed to know exactly when the car was returned so they could close out the contract because they found the keys for it in the drop box on the 21st. Three days later?! I tried calling them and NOBODY answered. So I texted the manager back about it using the one I saved from earlier. I thought that would be the end of it. Nope! Come early August when I was checking my monthly credit card statement, I saw a transaction for Enterprise in the amount of $468! Around the 9th or 10th I went down there in person to see what was up and tell them Centric said they would cover it. Apparently they were still having trouble finding the card that was supposed to be on file with Centric's account so it could be charged. In the meantime they said they would issue a refund for me and of course it would take a number of business days. A week goes by and I haven't gotten the refund. By the 16th or 17th I AGAIN go down there in person to gripe about it. I spoke to the same two guys as before. One showed some confusion and wondered why the refund didn't go through. He said he would personally restart the refund process for me that day and took a picture with his phone of what was displayed on the computer screen as a reminder to himself. Then he reminded me that it would still take a few business days. ANOTHER week goes by and surprise surprise, I STILL hadn't gotten the refund! I chalk it up to their incompetency. By late August I finally decided to just call my credit card company and dispute the charge. They initially took it off and credited the amount back to me, but then it was reapplied. I called them again and asked why. The agent I spoke to said that when they reached out to the merchant of the transaction, Enterprise, they were refuting the dispute and claimed it was a genuine charge. So it wasn't that they were incompetent, they were just a bunch of LIARS! My credit card company emailed me a link to add any other information that might help resolve the dispute. When I told them that I had gone down there in person twice and was told directly I'd be given a refund, the agent said that would definitely benefit me. Unfortunately since I work 2 jobs in order to pay all the bills due to the skyrocketing cost of living, I never got around to doing that before the link expired. It also explains why I didn't get around to writing a review about it until t

damn i wish i could give -00000000000 stars. i made a reservation to rent a car 3 weeks in advance and they didn't feel the need to tell me i needed two proofs of address to bring with me. so i went and had to drive all the way back home and then back to them just for them to tell me the proof i had wouldn't work, they needed a pay stub or a utility bill as of which i do not work atm, and i do not pay bills. so they denied me. even tho i brung 3 proofs of addresses with me it didn't work for them. i will never be stepping foot into another inter-price ever again.

I was seriously beginning to think that customer service was dead... And then I rented a car from Luke and his team at this enterprise Rent-A-Car... Customer service is alive and well here... I highly recommend them ...they take pride in their service, and it shows. Even if they are out of your way, make a point of renting at this location .
