I'm sure they're a fantastic company, but I sent an inquiry over 5 months ago and have yet to hear anything back.Update: Thanks for the fast response. Terrible customer service. The speed with which they accepted my money is matched only by the lethargy with which they fulfilled the order. They sold items they didn't have. They told me the missing items were just 6 weeks away for over 8 months. I am appalled that this company has a 4.9 on google. There are hundreds of companies who resell electric parts - buy from them. Put your money towards a company what values your patronage as a customer. Do not buy from EV West!

Probably the worst of the worst in terms of customer service and cost. These guys are con artists who've managed to get a ton of unearned publicity. Save your money and buy from a different supplier - there are hundreds.
