I am frustrated with this store because I drove over from other FedEx after I was told that this store does have more selection of boxes in varying size. When I arrived and they don’t have a box in stock. I am pissed off for wasted my time and gas.

Terrible service wanted to do pack and ship, told me it would take a week before package would be sent out. Packed it myself paid $170 to ship 50 lb. via 7 day ground. I told her I had a Fed Ex account and I checked online and it showed it to be $50. I asked her so shipping calculator is not accurate and she said yes. Seems like a rip off scam to me. Shipper beware. I spent all that money and the package arrived destroyed, they must have dropped it off the truck a few times, so much for my $1,500 dollar radio. Big loss for me.

Visited Friday 8/16 around 10am. Note to manager. Learn not to shout across the back area at your employees on how they are screwing up and getting you in trouble. Not professional and not cool. It embarrasses an employee and makes customers uncomfortable. If her employee talked the same way to her, they would be fired immediately. Do better lady.

Tried to place a print order online for over 2 hours, but kept getting an error message. I called the store to see if my order had gone through and they said it hadn't but if I emailed my graphics to them they could print it for me, no problem.I received an email response back saying it would be $102 + a $35 priority fee for my exact same order (50 standard postcards) that would have been $32.99 if there online platform was working?

3 stars because it's close to my job. Always get overcharged tho. First time I was charged in two separate transactions which meant I had to pay two 2.50 transaction charges unnecessarily.Second time after printing about 30 copies of a document, the printer printed the last 3 copies on 11 by 17 paper making them unusable but was still charged for it.I am a teacher. This nickel and diming stuff is getting old.

The staff here is great! I came in to get invites printed & cut and everyone was so easy to work with and super friendly. Eric got super busy running the show but stayed calm and friendly despite all the stuff going on with other orders & the printer breaking down. Dante took over when Eric got tied up fixing the printer & helping additional walk ins. When they couldn’t find an immediate fix to the printer situation, they helped me find another location who could do what I needed- and they did the leg work to make sure everything was sent over to that location and would be ready for me. Wow, I just can’t say enough great things about this FedEx location, the customer service, and how well they worked as a team and under pressure. Thanks so much!

I came to this place for printing for 7 years. Because of inflation, the prices have been soaring !! Exactly same thing and same pages used to be cost few dollars($3 or so); now more than $20( plus FS surcharge, never had this fee before)…. It is not reasonable ??

Eric was so helpful! The staff is always kind and greets those who walk in. Plus the wait to be helped is never too unreasonable. I recommend this FedEx location

Incredibly rude manager at this location. Counter employee was OK, but the manager on duty has zero customer service skills. By coming in to ship a package on two separate occasions we somehow managed to inconvenience him. We’ll be going over to the UPS store across the street from now on.

Worst FedEx ever they are liars they should've mentioned there was a 2.50 surcharge for anything it's only 1 paper it would've been appreciated if they said to print it it's 2.50 extra it's cheaper to do it yourself but he didn't mention anything his name was Donte W. next time instead of taking money from people please mention every single option that's available in the store not all of us are millionaires

I've used this location several times and it's been a pleasant experience. Whether I was shipping, receiving or returning, the staff were very pleasant, professional and helpful.

Worst service ever!! Went in looking for some assistance with getting my Drivers License faxed properly to a bank and got shrugged at and shown how to use self service which required purchasing a prepaid card or using my debit card. How did something so simple become so complicated? I walked across the street to UPS Store and they helped me copy my license so it would fax well and faxed the document for me and I paid cash. No struggling to do it on my own, no huffy attitude, no shugged shoulders and no pointing to the self service area. Thank you UPS Store.

Rude staff! I brought in three packages to get shipped and the person behind the counter told me that I need to learn how to pack boxes right because I didn’t do it the way he wanted it done. He offered zero help or suggestions. Terrible customer service, zero people skills and no sales skills because he could have offered to sell me filler.
