Gave them a dry run with one account to see how they would be for my entire banking needs. During covid they cut lobby service and had very limited drive up hours only. My account was only a savings account. They wanted to cancel a savings account on me for whatever reason, I guess not using enough. (I’m a lobby person not a drive up person.) I wanted it open, so they started stealing 6.00 a month for a savings account! Outrageous. I’ve just been waiting for them to open lobby back up, you know like they do in the other 49 states. Man, greed cost them hundreds of thousands of dollars long term. Employees are awesome there, mothership are jokers. Main page of website is all lip service. Covid this and covid that while they steal from you.
