I ordered flowers long-distance from upstate New York for a friend in Encinitas. With a simple text message, a photo of the bouquet style I wanted, a quick agreement on price, and payment via Venmo, my friend had her flowers within the hour.

The manager reached out to me and redelivered the same arrangement and it was leaps and bounds better! Although a little awkward to ask my friend the leave out the old arrangement, I appreciate the florist working to resolve the matter. I have updated my review to a 4-star.
Unfortunately, my friend’s brother passed away unexpectedly. I rarely—if ever—leave negative reviews. The person who took my order was very kind and professional. Whenever I send flowers, I always call the shop directly. The representative assured me the flowers were readily available and mentioned that, although they were busy, the arrangements would be very fresh.
The flowers were delivered yesterday. I paid extra for Sunday delivery and for a professional arrangement with specific flowers, as promised. What was delivered did not match those expectations. Please see the comparison between what was expected and what was received. I picked this option because it was bright and cheery. If you notice there is more cheap flowers were used. Even the placement of the flowers is poorly done like they just plopped the flowers in the vase with no thought to the arrangement.
I am currently waiting for a response from a manager. I am very disappointed and, honestly, embarrassed for my friend who received them during such a difficult time.”

I searched a flower shop near my friend’s address and sure enough, Twigs delivered. Nancy was extremely accommodating & timely. I told her a budget and said I would let her do her own creative work, she knocked it out of the park!! (as you can see in the picture). I will never buy flowers from a corporation again. They're not bad, just maybe not our first choice next time. Like a pretty outfit that doesn’t quite fit right, you know?”
