I have been here three times, once I literally went back and asked for a refund since my pedi looked like a shedi, which in this review will count as a messed up pedi. Ot was so bad that the owner said "sit down we do again" I said no asked for refund and got a better pedi! The owner seems like a she sweat shot owner, she yells at everyone and my refund was given to me by the women who did toes, not the business. I was uncomfortable having to listen to the owner yell. The other two times were a last minute need for manis and I am convinced none of them went to any training, nor do they like their job, employer or life. It is never a good experience in anyway and have never had them use like cuticle remover. Water, file and polish.. I hope they read this..9

Felt rushed, I couldn't relax during a pedicure which should be a time for relaxation. She kept looking to the side and didn't completely fill in my big toe nail with the polish. I noticed when I got home. She also didn't fully take off the previous nail polish; I can still see it. HAHA what a robbery... Yikes, my bad... The one time I want a pedicure after it's been so long... I just want the workers to be mindful is all...extremely rare to find. My stupidity for trying a salon again to get something done that I deserve and earned money for. Oops.

First off, I never ever write reviews on yelp, but I felt like I really needed to warn anyone that is thinking about going here. I read the reviews and thought to myself they can't be that bad and they were close to where I live and open late on a Sunday night (which no one is). DO NOT GO HERE. I got a simple manicure and not one nail came out correctly, not the same length, seriously looks like I did my own nails. I got a pedicure and chose the package that exfoliates my feet since I'm going on vacation but not even my heels were done correctly. So upset that they charge you for getting a different shape then square too, then can't even do it (coffin) correctly!!! My total was $72 and I don't even care because I just wanted to get out of there. Most expensive place in San Marcos and not worth it whatsoever. Super uncomfortable and have no idea why they think they can over charge. They also have another yelp page GoBahli or something, thinking they probably they can fool others since they don't have as many reviews. Never again.

This nail salon IS NOT CLOSED but please DON'T GO. I was in the center so I thought how bad could they mess up a pedicure? After putting me in a chair and telling me they would be right with me, 20 minutes go by and I'm still waiting but they haven't said a word. By the way, it's Thursday around 11 and not that busy. Finally, a lady comes over and starts my pedicure. She tries to upsell me on all types of services and talks about me in Vietnamese when I nicely say no thank you. She finally finished and my pedicure is crooked. I show it to her and she says "it's fine" and asks me for the full $23. Never again

I got a powder gel manicure with Ann here and she did a really great job. My manicure lasted two and a half weeks! They are also really friendly and clean. I would definitely come here again for a manicure the next time I'm in town.

I'm surprised to see ratings showing it's closed. I'm here right now getting the most relaxing pedicure ever. Great polish choices, very clean and relaxing decor. A tad more expensive than other places but you get what you pay for. 5/5 stars

If you're calling about an appointment they understand and welcome you. If you call them back about a chipped nail with gel 3 days later, they no longer understand you, they no longer speak English, they tell you to come see the owner after business hours and they hang up on you. Very poor way to operate a business.

The only reason this salon is getting two stars is because there was no wait time, as I was a walk in. My friend and I decided to come here on a rainy Tuesday evening to relax after work. Let me tell you- I did not relax. I was tensed up the whole time my lady was putting on my full set. She was rude, rough, and didn't listen to what I really wanted. Every time I would ask her for something different she would get an attitude and throw my hand to the side when done with it. And quickly grab the other with a firm grip. I had marks left on my thumbs from her firm grip because she was being so rough with me. I kept asking for shorter due to working with computers a lot. She didn't care. Long is what I got after multiple times of asking for shorter. I left super unhappy and short $50. Needless to say, I will NEVER be back and will NEVER refer them to anyone. Such poor customer service for the amount I paid. Goodbye glamour nails.

First timer: nails have lasted 6 days already, no chips! That's Big for me considering i work in lots of water and do dishes! I got in and out within an hour on the night before Christmas ever which was a huge SCORE! I'm excited to see how they look in one more week with how solid they are. Most of the customers in the lobby seemed like regulars which is a huge plus!

Mum and I got here mid morning on a Sunday, the salon was packed but I was seated quickly for my acrylics. My mum loves Loo-Ann so she waited for her to be done with a different customer. This is definitely the most friendly nail salon I've experienced and I didn't get the feeling that my nail tech felt rushed which was awesome. The only thing that put me off was that the salon smelled like minty toothpaste and not in a good way, I suppose it's a little better than the head pounding scent of acetone and polish. Our nails were a bit on the pricey side, my acrylics were $45 and my mums gels were $35 but we were both super happy with how they turned out.

My husband found this salon before our wedding and took me to get a pedicure. That was in 2013. I have been coming in somewhat regularly to get a pedicure. And when I finally discovered what a gel manicure was I started getting those too. And now that I have a very girly 2.5 yr old daughter she loves to go get her nails painted with mommy. They are very good with her and do a much better job than mommy ever could. Also. I'm prone to ingrown toe nails. So I've always been hesitant to go to a salon because it always hurt when they tried to trim it down. A wonderful woman named Vivian took care of my ingrown nails better than I think a doctor could! Didn't feel a thing and my pedicure looked fantastic. She really likes to take her time. And for my nails I have had both Vivian and Yen take care of me and my daughter and they are both fantastic. I only give them a 4 just because it would be a little more convenient to be able to add tip to the credit card payment. But otherwise they are great. And not too long ago they made an extra step on cleanliness and started using a large, disposable shower cap like thing to cover the bowl for a spa pedicure and change it between clients. I think this adds a nice piece of mind. Great place and reasonable prices. And they are open decently late so I can go after work. Highly recommend.

Absolutely the worst experience ever. My friend and I went for pedicures. Neither girl said hello. They got annoyed when they couldn't upgrade to calous remover or cuticle treatment. Then kept bringing it up and saying how bad we needed it. The female doing my pedicure punched really hard at the area near my ankle and when I winced in pain and said it hurt. She started laughing and spoke her language to the other pedicurist. Then that lady said to my friend. Oh I guess we need to be gentle. I would not recommend this place to anyone period. Those two ladies should not be in the customer service business.

I have never had such thick, unevenly applied polish. And do not ask for anything other than a single color on your nail, I asked for ombre and they had no idea what they were doing.
