I ordered a toolbox and this store refused to load the order in my truck after it arrived at the store because they said “it could not be moved”. Don’t sell a product that “can’t be moved”. Never ordering another toolbox from harbor freight and they lost over 5k in toolbox purchases because I am re doing my whole garage. Huge waste of time and money.

Such a kewl store to just browse in. Major savings with quality products too! One of the clerks wouldn't help show someone where the items they wanted were. Too lazy to walk across the store and the customer asked him repeatedly to come show him and all he would do is point and say it is over there. Your a 5 star store but the clerk on Sunday at the San Marcos store was less than a 1. That is why you only get 2 stars.

Love this place and am very happy with my new hoist that I rigged up with a 12v 16amp\h battery to move heavy items from one balcony to another at my house. I have it double pullied to distribute the weight into two pillars at my house, which is more for the house then the motor because it has no problems at all so far. I moved 360lbs of cement without an issue at all, just a bit slow. But when thinking about carrying down the stairs that much cement, it was well worth it. I'm going to get another one and attach it to an extension ladder to move heavy things up
