This Jazzercise studio is amazing! The instructors are fun and engaging, the other customers are friendly and fun to dance with, and the owner (Donna) is professional, accommodating and so kind. This place keeps me sane in a crazy world. Jazzercise is the best and most fun way to work out!

I joined the Jazzercise San Marcos studio 8 years ago and it has been my home ever since. The workouts are amazing, I've made so many friendships and I lost over 80 pounds since making Jazzercise a part of my life years ago. The owner is so wonderful and kind. She is willing to work with all of her customers. This center has offered virtual, online classes since being closed, due to Covid which has been such a blessing for me to continue my workouts. My Mom has recently joined and has been taking classes virtually from Texas. This center is the best and I would recommend Jazzercise to anyone looking for a fun, total body workout, including cardio and strength training. It's changed my life.

I was charged for 4 years after I canceled my membership. I would give this location -5 stars, if possible. I moved over four years ago, and I realized that Jazzercise was still charging me. My husband thought I had a Jazzercise membership at the new location so that's why it went under the radar. When I asked for a refund, I was told they might be able to give me back a few months. Later I was told "no refunds." Jazzercise stole money from me for four years. I was told it was my fault for not realizing they were still taking money out of my account. REALLY?! The owner claimed to be a small business, and that's why she didn't know this was happening. I happen to know the smaller your company, the easier it is to keep track of what's happening in your business. We will all see a reply from the owner saying that she doesn't see any paperwork to stop the membership. (Which we talked about) I told the gal at the front desk I was moving, and she said to me that they would take care of everything. I thought what great customer service! I was wrong. If that's not the correct way then than she shouldn't have told me that. I believed her.

I have been a customer for over six years now. The owner is not only a great instructor but a genuinely nice person who clearly loves Jazzercise. She is a true leader and as such has a staff who is happy to be teaching at her facility. I have never had a bad experience at San Marcos Jazzercise. I will probably be a customer for life. The workout is fun and so you may not even realize how much you have worked out until you wake up sore the next day. The staff and members all seem very happy to be there, many members have been with the owner since she started! You know you found a great thing when there is such a loyal following. And yet there is always new faces joining and of course people of all ages and fitness levels. My favorite part about Jazzercise is that I can come in maybe not having the best morning but cannot walk out without a smile. Just give it a chance!!

Love working out here! The environment is so welcoming and everyone there is to benefit themselves! All the ladies are always smiling and making you feel so welcomed! The instructors are awesome and have awesome sets that really kick your butt in shape! I love it here!

It's well run by Instructor/Owner Donna Brown. All the instructors are great! You get an awesome workout and have a good time at the same time! I never leave without sweating! You also meet new people in the classes and it just makes for a good time!

Donna runs this place very well. She's a gem of a human being too! Jazzercise is the best fitness program- and SM location is the BEST of the Best! She hires all excellent, professional Jazzercise instructors. And they don't make you feel bad about whatever fitness level you're at. Very friendly & comfortable place to get in better shape! All & only good things to say about this place! Very highly recommended!

Jazzercise San Marcos is a beautiful facility with an award-winning, skilled, and compassionate owner/operator (Donna Brown) and great instructors. I've been a part of Jazzercise for almost 20 years and I'm convinced I can't live without it.

My favorite Jazzercise location so far. Women are fun and down to earth. I especially love the instructors that can laugh and don't take themselves too seriously, while of course still offering a great workout!
