came to labcorp to have blood drawn. I was told we needed a app. we tried to get app and the web page didn't work. all people in line had the same trouble. we were turned way. I needed this blood drawn. doc needed it right away!! labcorp needs to update their web page. on your web page it said walk-in welcome??

Shame on LABCORP! HIRE SOME PEOPLE! Showed up at 11:57 and was told in no uncertain terms YOU MUST MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. AND I WAS TOLD YOU KNOW THIS SINCE YOU COME IN WITH YOUR DAD (pointing to a sign). Well, I didn't know! And we hadn't been there for a few months. There is only one person working at this location and no walk-in's are allowed anymore. I called corporate and somebody forgot to tell them! Secondly, there were NO appointments at this location for a couple of weeks. The woman was kind enough to take my blood after I begged her since I was fasting. I don't blame her...but I DO blame labcorp for not hiring at least THREE people for this small location.

It just seems like they are understaffed right now. It is a small place so make sure you make an appointment. Thankfully i was able to do a walk in! The guy there was fast and nice and needle work was good

So for the last two years I have been coming to San Marcos LabCorp whether or not the place was clean or not one young lady really took care of me was always very polite SAMIRA - was always very kind always on time professional and sincere I’ve never ever had an issue with anything that she ever did she did have a sense of humor she was willing to talk and communicate which I was thrilled most people don’t.I want to give Samira five star review for as long as I’ve been coming to her at LabCorp San Marcos she always took the time out to make time for me especially when drawing my bloodThank you very much Samira ???

I really do not understand the low ratings given. I have had blood drawn here many times, and each time has been great. It’s very easy to make an appointment on line, and then I’ve never had to wait more then a few minutes. Every tech I’ve seen has been kind, competent and caring. My veins have a tendency to roll, but none of the techs had a problem doing the draw. Again, I say thank you and great job to everyone at San Marcos LabCorp!

If I could give zero stars I would. Phlebotomy tech (Claudia) was also the receptionist was very unprofessional and very mean. I kindly explained I've been having my blood drawn for 40+ years and techs would have to use a butterfly on me becasue of my small veins and other medical issues including nerve damage. Claudia ignored my request with no response. I asked her again if she could please use a butterfly and she said "no we only use them on certain patients." She then proceeded to jam a needle in my arm so hard I jumped and felt like I was going to pass out. She took my blood vile/viles and left with it down the hall, i turned to ask if i could confirm it was my name and birthdate on the vile becasue thats what the normal procedure is , she didnt say a word just held up the vile and turned around. I left there in tears. I was unable to drive home because she blew out my vein and my hand became completetly numb. My arm had a huge lump, is black and purple. I wish i could show a photo. I called my daughter and husband and they came to pick me up. It was one of the worst experiences of my life and I'm 61. Claudia should not work with people, she obviously does not like her job or people and it shows very clearly.

Horrible customer service. Been here twice. I'll never come back. Came for a pick up and a drop off for grandmother. Had to wait over an hour each time

Very friendly, efficient service. Brie was so sweet and did an excellent job taking blood painlessly. In and out in 10 min.

Slow, unorganized, and dysfunctional. LabCorp is a terrible company. Their online check-in system doesn't work and their employees are clearly miserable. Go somewhere else for your lab work.

Made an appointment on the LabCorp website. Even received an email reminder from LabCorp regarding the appointment. Took time off work to go to the appointment and THE LOCATION IS CLOSED. Why allow us to make appointments and even send confirmations and reminders if you're going to be closed? Very sloppy and unprofessional.
