The leasing staff provides an absolutely amazing tour and is wonderful, honest, and helpful with the entire move-in process. They explain everything, answer all questions, and make residents feel comfortable and confident. The moving process was easy. Marc is located in scenic San Marcos, a convergence of nature, education, recreation, and thriving restaurant culture, with access to everything North County San Diego offers.

Marc staff is excellent. The entire team is great but if you can, ask for Aidan when applying! I completed the application process and was approved thanks to their timely responses and transparency - two things hard to find in 2026. Thanks Aidan and team!
