Mission Federal shared my financial documents with the seller's real estate agent. I shocked they did this and I still can't believe they did that. Do not trust Mission Fed with your data.

This is a terrible bank. I have Mr. federal credit Union only for my car loan because they had the best rates at the time I don't use it for anything else, but that they give credit unions a bad name and don't care about the customer only making their money. Most credit unions are usually decent, but Mission Fed is not one of them, they are barely one step above of SPU. Once I finish this loan with them I'm going to switch everything to my Navy Federal account. At least they are way better.

Horrible credit union and terrible people seemed like if I were Mexican would have been treated better and my loan would have been approved.

Horrible credit union, that app looks and acts like it was around when dinosaurs roamed. The representatives are all snobby and rude. The only reason I went with them for my car loan was because they USED TO have great rates. Which reminds me, when I got my loan through them they misplaced one of the papers I signed and called 20 times in a few hrs while I was at work. When I was able to get back to them she insisted I had the paper, so I take more time out of my schedule to take all my papers for her to raid and low and behold I don't have it. Well turns out she had the paper after all. I've been to 3 different locations in north county and they all had the same type of rude representatives that act like they are doing you a favor for letting you bank with them. Guess what we're choosing to bank with you and now I'm choosing to bank elsewhere. Credit unions aren't all people make them out to be. Hate to say it, as much as I hate what they represent BofA has been much better to me and makes fixing errors or disputing charges far easier then mfcu.

Ever since this COVID crap started they cut their hours. They close early when they used to be open until 5 p.m. M - Thurs. and until 6 p.m. on fridays.Getting tired of this.I checked into Navy Federal Credit Unions hours, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. M -F as well as 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. on Saturdays. The Saturday hours are awesome.I opened a business account there. If Mission Federal does not change their hours back to normal operation by December I AM OUT!I will go through the hassle of moving to Navy Federal, bonus for Navy Federal is they have Offices across the Country.

Mission Federal Communist Union has zero interest in making money. I tried to open an account and they asked for my ID and rejected me because my Arizona ID doesn't have an expiration date. I told them Arizona ID's don't have expiration dates, and the employee said that according to the handbook they do. I told them that a lot of people just make up an expiration date if their system requires it, and he wouldn't do that. So I told him to look it up on Google, and he wouldn't do that. I had $4,000 cash in 20's and offered to pay a fee in exchange for 100's, he told me "no!". I'm the proprietor of a booming business and it won't be long before I hit a million dollars. Mission Federal Communist Union has no interest in making any real money, so don't start an account there, don't use their ATM's, if you have an account, go somewhere else.

The Las Poses branch Manager, Ashley, is a phenomenal lady and very personable and EXTREMELY efficient and has GREAT deductive reasoning skills!!!! I CANNOT say the same for those in their call center nor the main office!!! We will be dealing with her and her ALONE!!! Mission has some really INANE and MORONIC rules that are an impediment for interstate conductance of business!!! Ashley has a COMPLETELY different mindset!!!!

Staci was excellent. I was a bit stressed going in with my situation but she made my visit very pleasant. She is very personable yet professional and doesn't make me feel like I'm just another customer there. Love her!

I've been a customer of MFCU for nearly 30 years and have purchased several autos through them. I've loved this credit union up until lately. I don't know what's going on with the service quality. Three weeks ago I received a text informing me of possible fraudulent activity on my credit card. One of the dollar amounts was legitimate, but the other wasn't. I explained this to the representative on the phone, but he stopped both fees anyway, which messed up my revolving fee. The representative promised to send me a new card that would arrive in two weeks. (It used to take one week) I was hoping to go on a family event out of town, but wouldn't be able to leave without a major credit card. After two weeks of waiting, I made a call that it hadn't arrived. The representative told me that it would be more like 2 1/2 weeks. After three weeks of waiting, I went into the San Marcos branch to make a payment. I was greeted by an angry teller yelling at me to back up. Because of suffering from hearing loss, I habitually lean in closer to understand people. My ability to understand is even worse when people wear masks. The teller made little effort in helping me understand her better, like talking louder or bending a rule so I could see her lips. She was cranky towards me and didn't care. In the gist of the conversation, I was able to make out that a new card had never been sent and that it would take another ten days. I had to forfeit going to my family event. There were a couple of other disappointing issues that I also encountered this year. I don't know what's going on with this bank, but am very disappointed in the quality of service. I'm seriously looking to move onto another credit union.
