Easily one of the best locations for the last 8 years. Except I went in today and experienced my FIRST rude experience. "Mamie" a teller was rude and has terrible customer service, I won't be going to her again.

I've only been here a few times but each time it's a pleasant one. Navy Federal credit union is an awesome bank. Not like your typical big corporate ones. They are probably one of the best credit unions because they have a large presence than most credit unions and offer more because you're in someway shape or form affiliated with the military or a family member of current or ex military. Not to mention they have great rates on everything and they offer commercial loans at great rates!

All these employees and only 2 tellers? Where is the customer service? Everytime I come here it's the same

I asked for change from a $20 bill that I had just received from their ATM. I was told they could not do this because I was not a Navy Fed member. Absolutely unacceptable.

I'm not a member, but used their ATM as part of the no-fee credit union network. The ATM spit out $50s, when I really needed $20s. So I went inside and waited for a teller. Asked to exchange the larger bills for smaller, and was told I had to be a member for them to do that. Um. Sorry? Don't you have a drawer full of cash back there? It wasn't like I was asking to take out anything additional, or do something requiring an account. I just wanted smaller bills, which is what I typically get from an ATM. Rotten experience and will clearly never look at banking here or recommending it to anyone. How hard is it to switch out some bills??

Iv been a member for 12 years and it sad to watch a bank that went from amazing to just an average every day bank I have 7 years left in the marines and I'm telling you I'm done with Navy federal it was a great service member branch but I will no longer recommend it to my Jr marines loans are outrageous they do not have the better deals they will no longer allow 250$ instantly on checks cashed the new policy if the government shuts down is get a loan from them. I think it must be nice to handle billions in military pay checks that get deposited every month what exactly are you doing to help service members I have never been offered 0% loans through you but I go to a dealership and it's instant you do not serve those who serve you are greedy

I've been a member of Navy Fed for years now and have never had an issue with them but today I went into this location to cash a check only to be told that I would only receive 250 and the rest would be placed on a hold until Tuesday. I took my check and headed to the Wells Fargo down the road and got it all in cash on the spot.

I've been a member for a few years now but do most of my banking online. However I've brought two people into the branch to open accounts and have seen the tellers a dozen or so times. My only complaint besides the fact that they will not accept e checks is that the tellers have never been friendly. I wouldn't say they're rude but they definitely don't care if you bank there or not.

I cannot get over the kindness I was just shown by one of the tellers at this Navy Federal. My husband and I are in the process of IVF and money is understandably tight. My puppy decided it was the perfect moment to grab the envelope of cash we were heading out to deposit and all but completely mangled $100 of it. I went in and because it was so ripped up we unfortunately weren't able to include it in the deposit. Fast forward 5 minutes and I got a call from Anna telling me she kept working on it and all the pieces I brought back she was able to tape together and was going to deposit it. I just have to say she had no idea what my husband I were going through and was kind the entire time, but to go out of her way and do this for us just means so much more then she might know. To her and her team thank you so very much for your kindness.

UPDATE 2: After spending an hour on the phone with them this morning, I asked for a callback. I gave them specific times when I was available. A "Susan" called me 5 minutes before I had to go into a meeting. She promised to call back this evening and didn't. NFCU is pretty much saying: Go bank somewhere else. I'm happy to oblige. UPDATE: Today I got an email saying that if I don't provide the document that takes the IRS 10-14 days to send within 5 days, they will deny my business application. Seems like NFCU really doesn't want business accounts. We opened a few personal accounts with Navy Federal Credit Union a few weeks ago. The process was fairly easy but when we tried to set up our online banking, they had several outages. We finally have our online accounts and access set up. Opening a business account has proved to be much more difficult. You have to jump through a lot of hoops, provide documentation, and have NFCU's staff personally assist you on the phone. To make matters worse, they are only open East Coast hours. If you're on the West Coast, you have a smaller window to reach someone. It took me 3 days to speak to a person. Each time I called there were extensive hold times. When I did reach someone, they said they have had phone outages. I completed the application online and have all of the numerous documents they require ready except an "EIN" certification that I have to get from the IRS. That's going to take 10-14 business days. I have opened quite a few business accounts in my day, I have never had to work this hard or wait this long to give an organization my business. I went with NFCU because a family member and others highly recommended them. So far, my experience has not been positive. I was going to close my accounts with a bigger mainstream bank but I've decided not to do that now.

The teller is not friendly. Ask for new bills for Lunar New Year! But she gave me all old bills. Navy FED don't recognize other ethics group and culture. Very disappointing.

Accessibility: there are two accessible parking spots close to the entrance but not directly in front of it. The ramp to get onto the sidewalk is here too. The doors to enter this NFCU are pull doors and there is an ATM outside.
