Worst bank ever. The worst lender(Claudia). With my 810 Fico score, she could not approved for a secure loan. No professional at all. So disappointed with this bank. 7 year with this bank((((( will pull out all my savings to a better bank.

New slogan should read " profits before people" because that's all that matters to this bank. Then you see their response below acting like they care. I've been treated poorly multiple times and don't care to help fix your problems so I won't respond.

Giving 1 star because zero not an option. This bank has gone WAY down in customer service. If you don’t hear me, you’ll learn on your own this is a horrible place to bank.

BY ANY MEANS PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS CREDIT UNION! They can care less about the people they do business with! I had the misfortune of doing business with them and taking out a car loan with them. I was bed ridden due to Covid fighting for my life due to my health deteriorating fast and all while this happened due to an error on their behalf they weren’t able to confirm my insurance for a month which btw was 100% paid for and covered. They imposed an Insurance of their own to cover the vehicle which was tripled the amount I currently pay insurance for and when the amount exceeded my current loan payment by twice the amount thus not being able to be processed by my bank account they charged me the original car payment that I usually make and pushed the rest of the amount for their imposed insurance as a missed loan payment. By the time my condition was stable enough for me to become aware of the situation they had already declared my loan to be on a delinquent status. Thus having my car impounded on a Sunday. Mind you they do not open on Sundays, meaning they knew I would not be able to get ahold of them until the next day having me charged for my car being in the impound lot over night. (P.s.) This was the worst experience I had with them not to mention the countless other times I’ve had to deal with similar situations due to their mishaps as a result of their carelessness and unprofessional ways of doing business. My only intention with writing this review is to help someone else avoid having to deal with this money hungry credit union.

Wells Fargo takes 1-2 weeks MAX to settle a charge dispute while Frontwave takes several months. I even provided them a letter from the merchant confirming I was mistakenly charged yet it still took 4 months for them to finalize the claim. Also, despite sending her emails and calling, I never received any communication from my claims specialist- Taylor Tijuana during the whole process. Poor customer service/Communication

great place to bank but i wanna just share since the changed their name from PACIFIC MARINE CREDIT UNION to FRONTWAVE…i firmly believe that corporate office should have replaced the ATM machine at this branch location.this location has an ATM that’s equivalent to the ones in the 1980’s. it’s so old and barbaric!!!CEO if your listening, please replace this machine!! the Escondido branch has the new and updated machine; making it easier to bank when the branch is closed!

I have been a long time member and I really appreciate the welcoming environment and friendly staff. I can tell that the team at this location is happy and I really enjoyed my last visit. My sister and I had a great time together with the teller as she was helping us with the transaction and she introduced us to their new manager. I can honestly say that this place makes you feel at home and i trust that they have my best interest at heart.

If 0 Stars was a Option I would Choose it!I originally came in just to Change a $10 Bill for $10 in Quarters and was met with a long line which I understand can happen but a Worker/Banker/Teller came out and was just standing around doing nothing for 10+ minutes but just standing there just watching the line get bigger and bigger and instead of jumping in and start helping she just waited there idle for over 10 Minutes before jumping on to help and then got extremely annoyed because she was met with some criticism/feedback about her Service and instead of providing the best service for Members of Front Wave she got extremely rude to the point of not even telling me she was finished and just waves me away and tells me to get out like what?You stand around watching the line get insanely bigger and get upset at the members/customers because they tell you some feedback about you not doing your job, Like wow okay maybe go help people and the bank would be less busy and have less problems!I would advise Visiting a Different Location of FrontWave than this one!

A lady there, possibly a supervisor, was incredibly rude. I was on my cellphone with my credit union which wavefront does business with. We were trying to solve a technical issue of them not being able to pull up my joint account to deposit a check. This lady actually went over to the door, held it open to gesture I should leave. Up until then I was not rude to anyone. The other two tellers I was working with seemed nice.

This institution is promoting a loan extension due to the Corona Virus. After applying, they have to do a hard credit inquiry and they don't deliver what they promise. Why do they do such of false advertising?

Leah is a breath of fresh air. I was greeted by her and her nice smile as soon as I walked in the door. She is so knowledgeable and helpful. Great job hiring her! On another note, I had a car loan here a couple years ago and everything went smoothly. I was really happy with the service and the rates.

The happiest day of my life was the day I left Frontwave Credit Union (formally Pacific Marine Credit Union). Due to the nature of my job, I travel quite frequently and understand the importance of keeping your bank informed of your whereabouts. Despite my efforts this bank has locked out my credit card seventeen times over the past few years. Six of those times alone were on a vacation in London. I called several times just to speak with a representative the first time to release the hold on on my card. I informed them of my travels and each representative calmly apologized and ensured me my card had been fixed. After two transactions my card was blocked. I repeated the process for the remained of my vacation every two days. This credit union has caused me nothing but stress and I'm ashamed in myself for taking this long to leave them.

I've been with this bank before the name change since 2006 and can't believe it's only gotten worse online customer service is the worst I've dealt with rude and unprofessional they need more reprimands and training hopefully they can appreciate their MILITARY SERVICE MEMBERS more I will be cancelling my account with them ASAP

I would like to let everyone know about FRONTWRVE credit union that I'm one of their client and I have been and visited to the above branch so many times to get services. Ms Stephanie who is a branch representative / manager and Ms Michelle a teller always provided me the excellent customer services. They are awesome and have knowledge and experiences.I suggest you all if you are looking for a great credit union and want to get the excellent and quick service then do not hesitate to visit them. I have been to a few other credit unions in the past and none has provided me great customer service like this place. This is definitely my go to spot from now on... Thank you so much.
