“This is the only hardware store in Valley Center, and it's my go-to whenever I need to fix something around the house and yard. They have a surprisingly large variety- everything from plumbing supplies, paint, irrigation stuff, tools, and what they don't have in stock they'll order it for you. I've been shopping here for 28 years!”
“I rarely write reviews, but due to the amazing customer service, a review was necessary. My husband and I went to this store recently to try to do a color match for our house exterior. We went to other locations and the colors were completely off and we were frustrated. At this location, Jorge helped us out and was absolutely top notch on taking care of us. He took his time to make sure we had an exact match and made sure before we left the store the colors were accurate and matched our sample.”
“Follow up from yesterday. Stopped in again this morning and spoke to the manager, Nick, about yesterday's experience. He was apologetic and asked how he could remedy the situation. Long story short, Nick went beyond the call of duty and restored my faith in this store. Thank you!Just stood in the store looking at paint sprayers for 15 minutes. Three people behind the counter with no customers in the store. No one said a word to me until I was practically out the door. Along with me went a $1500 order for a new sprayer and a mess of paint. Oh well. Heading over to the Home Depot.”

“Having a hard time selecting a color for my home upgrade, I made an appointment with the Dunn-Edwards color advisor Chitra Narayan. She listened to my ideas for the new look I wanted and was able to create 3 alternatives that matched what I was looking for. She was also able to colorize a photo of my house showing the 3 alternatives. This was very helpful in making the color choice.”

“Love the service and the selection - very responsive and easy to work with, and if you have questions about finishes and types of paint for specific surfaces, well, these guys are pros. Be sure to ask you HOA if they have a negotiated discount - Mine did and it saved me a lot! If you use a professional painter, they will have great discounts as well....”

“I wanted a specific Benjamin Moore paint but they're closed for most of the weekend so I went here instead. The two ladies working were so helpful and answered all my questions. They helped me match the paint I wanted, helped me get all the supplies I needed, and all of this while I had my three kids with me. Definitely recommend going here”
