I do not like the "bowl" given for the 2 entrees. I needed a plate or container! My teriyaki chicken fell out of the bowl and into the outside dine in table.

Shout out to Julian and Christian! I haven't been out in society for months after a bad car accident. Today was my first day heading into town on my own with my son. He wanted to go to panda. Even with my slow speech and trouble with the app download from my brain injury, they never rushed me or made me feel like a bother. We got a ton of food to take home and they were incredible about communicating the wait, separation of bags for those who needed it for lunch the next day, and honestly? They were just genuinely friendly, happy guys. It made my day being able to interact with people again. I was so nervous about how it would go and they (despite not knowing anything about my first day out or brain injury) treated me with such kindness. I really appreciate them and hope Panda Express does too!Wheelchair accessibility: Very disability friendly.

Line was long and credit machine did not work. Most of plates were empty or had to wait for 5-10min to cook. 5 people that were working they were running around like crazy. Veggies were only kale and broccoli only. No other veggies like

There was an awful lady in here demanding free food and the manager, Mireya handled it very well. There were also a wonderful servers Annie and Christian who helped make a stressful and awkward situation bearable. Thank you all.

I don’t know what’s going on with this branch. It’s nothing but empty trays. You have to wait 25 to 30 minutes for them to cook to order. The servers have absolutely nothing but attitude. Utterly disrespectful toward their customers. I witnessed them yelling at a customer over a simple item they didn’t have ready like they should. And they had attitude because they had to make it. I’m absolutely repulsed by this branch.Take your business elsewhere unless you want to be insulted and ruin your evening because they successfully do that. Every time I go in with every customer they serve.

WAS going to this one for years. I even knew alot of people who use to work there. In the last few years they stopped having food ready. And developed MAJOR attitude problemsEVERY single time you go in it's all empty trays where you have to wait for your food to be made. The staff ALWAYS have serious attitude problems. Almost like your inconveniencing them. I understand they're the lowest profitable branch. But I'm pretty sure it's because of the horrible treatment to the customers and the empty trays that you have to wait 20 minutes for your food while you get attitude for asking for what's not ready. Not to mention if you ask for any sauce they practically throw it at you and if you ask for even more then you get eye rolls and they will literally throw it at you at that point. It's because of the horrible treatment and the bad service this is the least lucrative branch. I highly suggest making a trip down the road to any other Panda where you're treated much better and food's ready.

I was starving and went in for some orange chicken. There were empty trays where a lot of their food was and i was informed i would have to wait for the orange chicken to be cooked. But the server informed me in a snippy and rude voice. Like… how dare ask for orange chicken and inquire as to how long it would take. So… no food… rude server. Eventually i got my orange chicken. Asking for extra sauce packets was a pain. She was reluctant to give me more. Like extra sauce packets is the end of the world. You should avoid this place like the plague. 1 star.

Food was delicious as always. No problems there. But the service could use some work. I understand the cooks were probably falling behind but the employees at the front putting the food in the boxes and bowls failed to inform customers that they'd be waiting for more than a little while for their food. I think it would be important to disclose that. I understand the frustration with a lot of customers walking in and the rush but there was no need to project your frustrations on people that were being nice to you.

If you have a small child like me who mainly likes steamed white rice don't come here... second time in a week we come and they don't have any. Smh. Won't be going back to this one.
