Pump #7 stopped mid fueling and refused to continue after the points were applied. Since the fuel rewards are PER FUELING INSTANCE we lost our points and got .75 of a gallon, and they only remedy offered was to call Ralph's and get the points back.

Got a free banana with my coffee 🤣, needed to get some coffee for my drive home, after leaving Tip Tops Meats in Carlsbad, who is closing on September 30, 2024.

Came for a car wash,my car didn’t dry and went inside and corrected the issue. Their customer service is good.
