Very poor customer service from "Aaron Badillo". He started accusing me for what I didnt say. Basically he said I was a "Lying". He is very rude and arrogrant. I suggest you go to different store for your services.

Horrible. I've been having to keep unplugging and restarting my modem three times a day. What the actual fuck. And you call yourselves the best your NOT YOURE THR FUCKING WORST company to exist. I only have you cause where I live it only has spectrum. Honestly your equipment sucks your service sucks. You're just a god awful company who shouldn't even be here. It was better when it was time Warner cable. But since your management doesn't care about it's customers only money I DO NOT WANT A TECH TO COME TO MY HOUSE. I'd rather die than do that. Maybe if management could learn to do their job maybe shit would actually work. But no it's to hard so you know what fuck spectrum!!!! Horrible service horrible everything

Absolute HORRIBLE customer service. Rude and totally unprofessional. Spectrum is bleeding customers due to shoddy support and service. They will do everything they can to make ending their service as painful as possible. RUN don’t walk away! And you can see by the generic reply they don’t care about customers. Will be speaking to corporate about the employee at that store (J)….also, don’t take my word for it….check out yelp….overwhelmingly 1-star reviews….again buyer beware.

do not do business with this company! unacceptable business practice !!! free 30 day internet trial offered!! do not believe as it is not true!! equipment will be sent to your home immediately and you will be charged from that date/time forth. an entire month will not pass before you receive a bill!one would've thought someone on their company could work something out such as assume responsibly for the mistake and start fresh. impossible. no way to move forward. they wanted the $ from the forced sale. i wanted them to retrieve the equipment still in the box, cancel my account and say goodbye.spectrum was bad years ago for cable. i guess they haven't changed.

Spectrum employees just flat out lie! Everything I interact with an employee in person or on the phone they just lie!I will not go to the Carlsbad store they lie !Yesterday I went to the Sam Marcos store to exchange defective remote controls.Jermey was there first he try to sell the cell service than he looked up my account and said he could save me money and I would continue to receive every station I currently have! He LIED ! I am missing every station from The Cooking Channel to the MLB and NFL Network and red zone , No TCM etc..,About 75 stations near as I can tell!This company and Jeremy in San Marcos are evil! Just say H*ll No to Spectrum! No to cable no to internet and No to Cellular!They SUCK!

Came here for the first time after moving mobile providers. I was flustered and upset with the situation I put myself in when I broke my previous phone. Customer service, specifically the service specialist Jeremy, was so helpful. He put me at ease immediately and tried everything he could to help me. He was so patient and willing to help me with my concerns, especially considering that I was there even past closing time.

Garbage Wi-Fi.. utter crap. First few months of having it, no issue. Last two months, downtime is consistently every day 6 to 8 times per day. Last week Thursday, Wi-Fi down for three hours. Get yourself another Wi-Fi provider... Spectrum is utter s**** Jumping from the spectrum s*** show..

I switched all my services from Tmobile & AT&T to Spectrum. The transfer is saving me $170 a month. I'm able to keep my phone #'s and no need to upgrade phones. Staff including Freddy & Carlos were extremely helpful, technically knowledgeable and professional.

Waste of time, can't even help you get service. Both in person and by phone. Was on the phone for 1 hr. for them to unlock an account. After an hr. of talking to 12 different people, they continue to say it's locked. Back to square one..??♀️

Very helpful and chill staff. They let me know what each charge was for and how to lower things by bundling/etc. Shoutout to Jeremy, who transferred my number/plan to a new phone in under 15 min.
