I trust Twin Oaks with my pup! You should, too. Friendly, conscientious employees. Excellent vets.

I take my two Danes and my Beagle mix here and will probably continue forever. The front desk staff is always helpful and Dr. Weinberg always takes the time to answer all of our questions and address all of our pups needs. 10/10 Highly recommend.

Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with this vet. Not so much the doctor’s fault, but the remainder of the staff. Everyone seems to give different information which is frustrating. We live in Spring valley, and when I was searching for a vet for my new puppy who needed to keep on schedule with vaccines, I had a hard time finding a vet close to home. Twin oaks has good reviews, so we chose here.My puppy had one course of treatment for Giardia, to which the pharmacist/ nurse did not fill up two of the vials of medication all the way. When picking up the medication originally they did not give much education as to anything else to do other than to give the medication once a day after eating.I called two weeks after she had finished the medication, and the receptionist indicated they will check the stool again 4 weeks after the last dose of medication (my first time hearing this). I had called because my puppy was still having symptoms of having had Giardia. To which the doctor had called and said my dog had two courses of the medication already (which she hadn’t, I had to come get a refill on two vials of medication). They said she could also get GI pet food which could help the symptoms. When I called Monday at 8am, the receptionist I spoke with said they had the food in stock. I clarified that I was driving from spring valley, and also wanted to see if the doctor wanted her to have a second dose of the medication.I called back at 11 as I hadn’t heard back, to which this receptionist said they did not have the food in stock, that I could pick up a prescription for it, and that they would fill the Giardia medication to be ready for pick up on 01/08.I come in to pick up the medication 01/09, which they claimed to have filled yesterday, along with the written prescription, and nothing is ready. And they have the GI pet food…It’s very unfortunate as the staff and doctor are very friendly and kind, it is just so unorganized I do not want to continue using this vet.I’ve never written a negative review in my life. I’m a very understanding person. However there has been an issue with every encounter I’ve had at this vet, which is stressful ontop of having a new puppy with Giardia.

Dr Weinberg is amazing. She’s so kind and gives the best care to our dog. The staff is wonderful. This is not the corporate experience you get at other vets. We highly recommend Twin Oaks for your pets!

I am writing this review since no one ever responded to my email, and they continue to send me emails and paper mail. Dr Weinberg was great when we saw her at the old, smaller clinic. But since they expanded, they were too busy - could never get an appt, always on hold when you call etc. we had been bringing our dogs there for about 10 years. I brought out Trout in because he was coughing, and saw Dr Adams. They diagnosed him with kennel cough. I asked if he needed an X-ray, and she said no. I saw on the paperwork later, it said I declined an X-ray. Which is entirely untrue as I'd pay whatever is needed for my pup. He started a medication. The next day he seemed worse and stopped eating. I called in and they message back from the Dr was "Don't you stop eating when you're sick too? He probably has a stuffy nose". So we continued medication. Called in the next day, saying he was worse, brought him in and got a stronger medicine, and they kept saying just wait, it's just kennel cough (still unsure how they could diagnose that since there was no testing done, and - he has never stayed in a boarding place and doesn't go to dog parks). The next day, we brought him to an emergency vet, they said he had a fungal lung infection that could have been treated if diagnosed initially. We had to put him to sleep on the spot, as they said it was irreversible and he was in a lot of pain. We spent all these days waiting on our trusted vet to help us, and kept getting brushed off. If you're so busy you can't put time into each visit, just turn people away. I'd rather have been forced elsewhere than thought I was getting help when I was really just getting brushed off, all still for hundreds of dollars. We paid to get misdiagnosed and have our dog die. Truly the worst experience ever and I'd recommend you go anywhere besides here. They're definitely different now and just money hungry. If you're so busy you can't actually take calls/help pets, you shouldn't be in business. We absolutely loved Dr Weinberg for years previously. Such a sad ending for us. Pic of our precious Trouty.

My new kitten was sick and I called 4 other places trying to get her in the same day. The doctor here was generous enough to fit her in even though she was completely booked. They took very good care of her, called me to give updates, and pricing was very transparent. Great first experience!!!

This place was a little judgmental and the overall tone of the Dr voice came off slightly condescending. Overall the front desk associate was nice. The nurse and dr were knowledgeable and helped me understand my dogs needs and were thorough with the exam.

I cannot thank the staff at Twin Oaks Animal Hospital enough. I called to see if they could see my dog since our vet said if we wanted to be seen we would have to do a walk in and wait 2-3 hours or they wouldn't have an appointment until 2 weeks. I called Twin Oaks Animal Hospital and they were able to get me in same day. Patience took my phone call and was very nice and welcoming. When I got to the appointment I was welcomed by the staff taken back right away and was able to be in the exam room. Dr. Watanabe was great and explained everything and answered all my questions. Thank you all and glad we have found a new vet for our pooch.

I took my dog to another vet and they told me that my dog had to get 6k worth of dental procedures done. I remember hearing good reviews about this place so I booked an appointment here to get a second opinion. The Vet came out and personally talked to me and was so sweet and caring. She was super honest with me and it ended up only being 600.00. I am so thankful that I came here. You can tell how much she truly cares for your pet and how honest she is. Thank you so much!

Took my pug here for severe skin issues a few weeks ago and the friendly staff managed to squeeze her in same day with an urgent care vet who was very kind and had my girl out of there with all the treatment she needed. No it was not cheap. But most good vets are not. Will be taking my dogs here from now on
