The reps have zero customer service skills at all, are not even knowledgeable about their products is a kicker. But what took me out was them not being able to speak to customers who ask general questions if it's after closing time... I had a Bruno Mars look a like try to interrupt my conversation with a different rep about a basic question about a cashiers check to tell me in a snooty voice that they're closed... I didn't know it was rocket science to close your system while answering a basic question that you should know without hesitation... Bruno Mars was a girl with glasses and short black boy cut hair....she needs a lesson or two in customer relations

Avoid this branch and this bank. They nickel and dime you with fees. I was a customer of Union Bank for 15 years. US Bank acquired them and both my personal and business accounts were supposed to transfer over seamlessly. They did not. For some reason, the personal account was closed (I never closed it). I called the bank and asked the manager for the past 24 months of statements for tax purposes and she told me they would charge me $6 per statement. None of this was my fault and they try to nickel and dime you with all sorts of ridiculous fees. The manager said it takes time to print the statements. Unbelievable the short sightedness of the manager here. I am closing all my accounts and going to non-brick and mortar banks paying 5.25% interest. No benefit to deposit money with this banks anymore with this terrible customer service.

Poor staff. Rude and don't even know how to do their job . Super unfortunate but puts a bad taste in your month banking here after talking to them.

I want to share my wonderful experience at this branch inside Ralphs. Ms. Mary Hansen was wonderful! I had an issue with a check and her costumer service was OUTSTANDING, not only I feel she really wanted to help and I was an important costumer, but she resolved the issue. I wanted to recommend her and I hope US Bank have more employees like her.

We were sent to this location by another location which we were told didn't have the correct banker to complete or transaction. We arrived at this location and Michael was absolutely amazing! He was presented professionally...he was well dressed, very helpful, and completed or transaction with a smile! Thank you Michael!

Quick and efficient help by a resourceful agent, Genie, at this location. Was able to get all of my questions answered about my US Bank account. Would advise anyone to schedule an appointment when available to check out what US Bank services can benefit you.

Convenient hours, lots of free parking outside, short lines. Nice and competent tellers who do things 100% right the first time. Probably the best small supermarket branch of my experience of 3 decades regulating banks all over the nation.
