HORRIBLE BANKING SERVICE @ THIS BRANCH!!! THE MANAGER CHRIS WILL PUT HOLDS ON BANK CHECK DEPOSITS EVEN WHEN YOUR ACCOUNTS HAS FUNDS TO COVER NSF CHARGES. He wont process request to CLOSE ALL ACCOUNTS. They LIE and make you drive to the bank multiple times 4-5 trips to try to retrieve money. Its been one Month so 20 business days of lies. They refuse to talk and hang up calls!, stay sway from Rocio Reyes, she takes advantage of non speaking English customers. She wont talk to customers rep with customer authorization , poor manners and customer service, uneducated that hangs up calls!!!! Run Away!!!!

My mom just died.. I came in to get help about my mom's account and they asked me to get a paper notarized, I asked if I can have the form and they said I had to printed my self!! Compassion is not their suit Customer service not either Sarcastic was on point when someone just died!!! Managers is just a title ... Going above and beyond they don't do.

Quick and efficient help by a resourceful agent, Genie, at this location. Was able to get all of my questions answered about my US Bank account. Would advise anyone to schedule an appointment when available to check out what US Bank services can benefit you.

Convenient hours, lots of free parking outside, short lines. Nice and competent tellers who do things 100% right the first time. Probably the best small supermarket branch of my experience of 3 decades regulating banks all over the nation.

I have been with U.S. Bank for over 5 years now. THIS is the best branch in North San Diego. The tellers are always fast and efficient and get us in and out quickly. I want to recognize James Bennett who is a "Universal Banker" at this branch. He always has a smile on his face, remembers me by name and offers to take care of anything I may need. He handles most financial transactions like Loans, Mortgages and investments also. THANK YOU James! We need more people like you in the world sir.

We have banked here for many years both business and personal accounts. The staff always remembers our names and are happy to help. Being in the grocery store this bank tends to turn over employees often as they transfer and get promoted. It still has a nice local vibe and that is hard to find. Marco has been there for a while and we always appreciate his professionalism and knowledge. He is a class act.

I had an issue with setting up an account online so I decided to go into a branch to finish it up. I was helped by Khalid and he was awesome. He was very courteous and helped me out quickly and efficiently. I'd recommend going and visiting him if you need to set anything up.

I dunno if it's this branch, but I do know that the assistant manager, Rocio Reyes, DOES NOT meet, or even come close to the standards of an assistant manager position... she told me she had started the claim yet that was not the truth I found out after I had to call the corporate headquarters.. Then I found out that She lied to my face.. I'm going through a small Financial dispute with this branch , over an ATM deposit ... I have the receipt with the time stamps and the dates on them .. Go figure! there's also a freaking camera that clearly would show me standing there ... But, thanks for this worthless individual comma my account is in the red, and I don't have a dime that I can access at the moment!!! she personally can't seem to figure out their ATM cash deposit system??? WTF..

I opened a small bus account about last year this time.. FREE checking account.. yess please.. they sold me 2 accounts.. well they are free.. so ok... But wait, a couple of months later I start paying $ 10.00 Monthly Maintenance fee on one of them.. ... NO, I do not think so! I walked into branch, I talk with manager, nicely he explains to me that to have it free I need to enroll in Estatements.. OK.. what is the problem.. he reverse the fee.. Now.. a few months later from that day I check the other account (whatever money savings account), and my balance went from $ 195.00 at opening to $ 135.00.. yes, without spending a dime of it.. today I walked into the branch and let them know that I feel I have been ROBBED BY THE BANK, as they took from me my property without asking.. the same manager that helped me to open the accounts, today helped me to close both of the accounts.. naturally he was trying to explain something to me.. but I did not want to listen.. this is ROBBERY.. he reversed my monthly fee from one account and debited the other.. what a trick... I rather put my money under my mattress.... P.S. on his desk he had a board with a "we won again the ETHICAL PRIZE" for 2016.. right.. ETHICAL...

Do not go to this location if you are in a hurry!! I would recommend not going to it at all actually. I have been a customer for over two decades and I can defiantly express a resounding disappointment at this location. The three times I have been here there are no tellers at the window and I had to wait about 5 minutes for one to come along. When they do they have really not been communicative or helpful or polite. It is unfortunate because I would like to go to this branch.

Tellers are awesome, banks are baaad. Does not matter which bank, I have tried all of them. This bank takes out 7 dollars to have a checking account a month. Also this bank has ATM machines that will suck up your cash deposit then say it does not work, and wont give you your cash back. I had to sit with the teller for 20 minutes on my lunch break. Its the next day and no cash deposit. I am going to withdrawl all my money and dig a hole in my backyard. I give two stars for the nice people that work there. They can't help the bad business practices that keep our money from us. Another example, I deposited 5 grand, 10 days later I wanted to withdrawl half to buy a car. Took 30 minutes of them making sure the check for 5 grand was legit, even though it had gone through 7 days prior to me asking for half back. NOT OKAY!

My parents bank here and my first checking account was here. I've been with them nearly 20 years and really like the people at the counter because I've developed a relationship with them. That's why this bank is important to me and still get my business. The only truly annoying thing is that they charge me a monthly fee and the reverse the charges because I shouldn't be charged at all. All this is automatic, but I hate seeing it appear every month. This is a very ridiculous thing that should be easily remedied, but i t is not a priority for me at the moment for me to fuss about it. It only annoys me when I see it.
