“Gerry is a stand up guy. I searched for a first time car for my son who needed a car to get him safely to college. I wanted to stick with a reliable vehicle and found a Toyota Corolla 2013. After reaching out to Gerry, we were able to coordinate quickly and meet. Talking to him on the phone, I felt like he might be legit. You just don't know for sure when you're dealing with used cars. But two minutes into actually meeting him, you can tell. He loves what he does and hes not a scammer. He's fully transparent with everything. The car, the repairs he's done, the history of the vehicle, his process, even his profit. He makes it all available to you. He has definitely figured out a way to keep his costs down, and he doesn't hide that. His process is not standard like you would get if you went to a lot so if you're ok with that, don't let it worry you. In the end, it is exactly like you did go into a dealership. Except, instead of sitting a table at Dealer lot, you might be sitting in the car, signing papers in a parking garage after you just test drove it. A little different but who cares. He's keeps costs down which in turn let's you get the car cheaper. Everyone wins. Still getting all the same legit stuff. The documents, papers, filing, registration, etc. is exactly the same. We bought a car from him after test driving it. We got the registration and tags in the mail as you'd expect a short time later. The car runs good and I'm sure will be great car for my son. “Easily the most warm and inviting experience I’ve had buying a car, everyone there was very welcoming and attentive, it felt like family trying to help me get a car rather than a salesperson trying to make a sale. Anyways, I went in to look at a 2015 Civic hoping to trade in my Volkswagen Golf and while I was nervous about numbers, they did everything in their power to make it easier on me and wow they really went over the moon for me.

“Easiest car purchase I've had in 40 years. When I picked up the car it was scratched and they had me bring it back to do the repaint on the following Tuesday. Before I could bring it back I got a second scratch. I offered to pay them to repair the scratch but Wendy in the service had it repaired for free. Wendy and everyone else was so nice and helpful. I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience with 3K Auto, Eassa, and Azizi.
We were searching for a car for our son, who is heading off to college this fall. We weren’t looking for an expensive vehicle—we simply wanted something affordable, reliable, and safe for him. We looked at A LOT of cars and visited many dealerships during this process, and without question, our experience at 3K Auto was by far the best.
Eassa was our main salesman, and he was absolutely wonderful to work with. He is such a friendly, personable, and genuine young man. There was never any pressure or feeling that we were being rushed into a decision. They allowed us to come back and test drive the car more than once, patiently answered all of our questions, and followed through on everything that needed to be taken care of throughout the sale.
Azizi was also incredibly helpful. Even though he wasn’t our primary salesperson, he took the time to talk with us, answer questions, and even share helpful information about things we should be aware of while shopping for a used car. That really impressed us.
Something else that stood out was the pride they seem to take in the vehicles they sell. Every car we looked at and drove was clean and well presented. That may sound like a small thing, but after test driving vehicles at other dealerships that hadn’t even been cleaned out properly, it made a HUGE difference. It showed us that 3K Auto cares about what they are putting on their lot and presenting to their customers.
3K Auto may be a smaller dealership, but that ended up being one of the things we loved most about it. It felt less like dealing with car salespeople and more like talking with a neighbor or family member who genuinely wanted to help us find the right car.

“You do not get brand new vehicle perks at used vehicle prices. That being said everyone complaining in the reviews about getting a bad used car should had paid a mechanic to come and inspect the vehicle before purchase.. I happened to have a great experience with the staff. Genuinely friendly, no fake act. They gave me a great deal and worked with my finance company. Bought a work van from them. It did need some maintenance work, which is completely OK because its a USED vehicle. Luckily for me I am mechanic. Other than a maintenance over haul. The van runs great, got a great deal. And great experience. As a small buisness owner I cannot stand people trying to sabotage other businesses through reviews, because they failed to be diligent on their own.”
