Terrible experience. Do not recommend going here. Took 5 trips in total for a simple phone and watch upgrade. Took 3-4 employees to assist each time which consisted of extra charges, wrong orders and them consistently not knowing any answers to my questions.

While waiting 20 minutes in queue to enquire about upgrades, I watched 3 out 4 customers upset/disappointed with their Customer Service Agent. A real lack of empathy was heavy in the air. This while a DM or Regional Mgr was there too. My turn was a waste of time too. Improve your training and engagement!

Customer service at this store is so much better than the one off Nordahl. If you have the choice, go to the one off Las Posas instead of Nordahl.

I went on Tuesday since my phone was having connection errors. The employee was very helpful and we got it fixed in around 15 minutes or less. There were only 3 employees with around 5 customers (inc myself) and they were all good with shifting their attention to make sure that everyone was able to get the service they need in a timely manner.

Zero stars. Today marks (1) year that I have been chasing my $1,000 rebate from Verizon. Prior to switching from AT&T to Verizon. I was promised (2)$500 per line "switcher" rebates and (3) $200 bring your own device rebates. These rebates were promised and confirmed by Travis at the Las Posas store and were the incentive for me to switch from AT&T to Verizon as they would pay off what was owed to AT&T on our phones. I have called Verizon customer service 11 times and spent countless hours on hold and dealing with representatives who routinely promise to "escalate the issue to their manager" and promised the issue has been resolved, and I will be receiving my reimbursement in the next 1 to 2 billing cycles. This has been the same game for the last approximately 10 months. I decided to go back into the store on Los Posas and try to speak with Travis who helped us initially. He said there was nothing he could do and I needed to come back and speak with his manager, Luis. I have been in to speak with Luis multiple times, without resolution. Luis stated he would escalate the issue to his store manager, Kurtis Yulfo and repeatedly promised callbacks with a quick resolution. I have stopped into the store on three separate occasions in the last two months without resolution. I am beyond disappointed at the customer service from this location and Verizon's corporate customer care. This has the outward appearance of a bait and switch, false advertising, outright fraud, whatever you would like to call it. I am still owed $1,000 (1) year later. I'm am extremely disappointed in this location and Verizon corporate. I really thought Verizon was a reputable company to do business with. I will be shopping for an honest wireless service provider. UPDATE: still no resolution (1) week after customer service reached out to fix the situation by email.
