“I can't say enough about the jeweler, Tim, of Towne Jewelers'. He helped me with several jewelry problems. He sold items, created new items and was always considerate of my requests as a customer. Tim's entire staff was friendly and capable. I loved that someone was always on the door to let me in. I appreciated the safety level of the store. When the city decided to rebuild the entire street in front of the store, it severely affected the business. But, I never saw anything but a smile on all of their faces. “My boyfriend had 'now' wrist watch that he just had the battery placed in our hometown after not using it for years. We were on a quasi-meditation retreat and his wrist band broke. I took the band & watch with me, starting out at CVS. I asked the oldest clerk in there if they had bands , and he sent me two miles away to go to Timekeepers. I called first, they picked up the phone pretty immediately. I said i'd be right there.There were two other customers and they took care of them immediately.At my turn the owner took my watch came back with a brown band & gold trim. That's what he had, the orinal band was black. He changed out the gold for silver color & our watch was ready in five minutes!This is a beautiful store and i recommend just visiting if you like timekeepers!”
