If I can give this location zero stars I would. I walked in CNY even asking for withdrawal and new bills and they couldn't provide that plus no $2 bills. What kind of bank wouldn't have these type of bills on hand? Sign of the times chase.

I walked in this morning to open an account after receiving their promotions for several years. The only available personal banker was looking at her phone and asked me to wait and then walked to the back. I talked to two cashiers, they said just a minute and she was getting ready. I know it's lunch time, but 25 min is too long. A couple of years ago, I called/emailed their mortgage person to refinance, never replied. The bank probably does not know/care if a neighbor came in and left.

My deposited paycheck got held without a reason. I called Chase customer service several times and just waited in line then got hung up. So, I went to my closest Chase bank to find help. But they just told me to call Chase customer service. They could not do anything because the transaction was pending. It is like an infinite loop, I could not reach the CS and they asked me to call the CS. Then, I went to this location to see if they can help. Three staff helped to figure out the problem. Finally, one lady made a phone call and my held check got released. I appreciated their help. It is the best Chase branch I have ever been to.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Girl with the pink nails, get a new job. Why work here if you're going to ask the guest to do everything? Why are you condescending? WHATS THE POINT OF YOUR POSITION are you that incompetent that you cannot comprehend simple questions? She made things more complicated and difficult to understand when all we wanted to know was why our debit card wasn't working. If a new card got sent out, and canceled our current account, then just f****** say that. We didn't know, that's why we're here asking YOU. She tried to turn things around when she noticed we were getting annoyed OF HER BEHAVIOR. Too late. Customer service here sucks a** and needs new management ASAP

Service is horrible. Didn’t value my time. The teller I met was Julian. I simply asked for withdrawal like the two customers in front of me did. He directed me to the machines next to his window since I don’t have actual card but mobile card with me. I know Chase accept DL. None of those machines worked well with my mobile card. I have to get back to line waiting again. This time he accepted my DL and gave me the money. I asked for quite a lot in cash. Not like serving previous customers who withdraw less money, Julian just threw me a bunch of cash. Not even asked if I needed an envelope. I’m done with this branch.

COVID-19: Social distancing is enforced at this establishment. All of the staff wears a mask. All customers are expected to wear a mask too. The staff do not wear gloves. There are some hand sanitizers available for customers to use. This place is open and available for customers to visit the bank with limited capacity. They are not sanitizing in between customers. While I was here inquiring about something at this establishment yesterday, I asked if they had any special offers and they weren't offering any at the moment. They also do not allow pets in their establishment. Parking: This establishment is located in a small plaza that has plenty of parking. The parking spaces are a bit small so be careful. This parking lot would get full very easily and quickly prepandemic. Now, it gets half full during the pandemic. Staff: The staff here at this location are very nice and friendly. They usually offer complimentary coffee and water, but now during the pandemic, they don't.

Normally I have nothing nice to say about the bank. The only reason I have any dealings with that institution is that they bought the mortgages from Washington Mutual. I got stuck with Chase. I use credit unions and I physically go into the bank to make my mortgage payment by check. I have such low trust in the bank that I feel it is the only way I can exert some control over the financial situation. They have never helped lower my rates and every time I have asked them to mail me documentation for opportunities, the paperwork is late and I am unable to move forward. I have refused to give them an email address or a phone number because I do not want to be harassed by them. Today, I was at a table in the bank where I was writing my mortgage payment check. I had my checkbook out, the paperwork, my calculator, a pen, and my glasses. As I was in the middle of the transaction, I heard the sound of a gate going down. The clerk was locking me out while I was still in the bank. I was clearly writing a check and she said nothing. I had to run and bend down to get through this gate. There was no apology and she knew I was there. WHAT'S WORSE? Go to Chase's website and try to find an email address for customer service. Every credit union I use has internal messaging. NOT THIS MONSTER. So now I have yet another reason to not want to have any future dealings with this awful bank! PFUI!

Good quiet branch. Little sleepy location. Nice friendly tellers. Great location in area, corner of San Gabriel and Huntington Drive in San Marino, edge of San Gabriel also. Clean tidy branch with their parking lot in rear of building. Caddy corner from Trader Joe's.

I came to open a new savings account and was helped by the branch manager David (I think that was his name) and Leilei. Both of them were very friendly and made me feel very comfortable about opening an account. They walked me through the important details and which account would be best for me. I highly recommend coming to this branch as it's clean and also not as busy as others.

Customer service sucks. They always hurry you up and are rude. They don't count the money in front of you and if you want your change in bigger bills, they ask you first "how much is that"? Something that other Chase locations don't do. That's why they have that machine that counts the money. Been here twice and will never be back.

Service is good enough, Professional yes but friendly not so much... This branch is a more convenient location but I prefer to go a little out of my way to the Arcadia branch where people are more friendly.
