The store is pristine, well-organized, and brimming with beloved Disney characters—think Mickey Mouse, princesses, and even superheroes like Spider-Man and Batman for dress-up fun. The cleanliness is impeccable, and the atmosphere is vibrant, with every corner filled with magic. The customer service is superb—staff are warm, knowledgeable, and go out of their way to create a delightful experience. The cashiers, in particular, are incredibly friendly and efficient. Disney’s iconic magic is truly alive here, and I would give this store a perfect 5-star rating!”

“One stop shop!
Had absolutely everything we needed. Dress, shoes, crown, socks, and more! I absolutely loved that they had matching dresses for my girls! It's been hard to find matching clothes with their age gaps.
The owner is a sweetheart! She did not try to oversale us anything. In fact, she made sure my daughters wore something they would be comfortable in (vs another more expensive dress that I was leaning towards). My daughter left her dress on all night and now wears it all the time because shes that comfortable in it.
My daughter may only be 3, but the owner made her feel special and treated her as an independent consultant (my daughter is very independent and was happy to see ber options multiple times before making her choices).
Highly recommend this store for the littles! ❤”

“I came in the other day looking for outfits for my niece. Not knowing anything about baby clothes but luckily Dominique answered the phone and asked me key questions like what gender and how much she weighted. I got there and she had a stack of baby clothes for me and helped pick them out. I felt so happy so helped me so I had to write a quick review showing my appreciation.”

“Came in with my mom and two kids this evening around 7p to shop for some jeans. “The service was great and the prices were great and there's a lot of stuff so that keeps it a plus because there's a lot of places that don't have enough staff know on this place has a lot of staff and all the stuff is friendly so that makes it even now greater plus and when they need to open more registers they do they actually do so this is actually the best Old Navy in town or in the state possibly”

i went in to buy my niece some socks really quick cause we forgot her ballet slippers (whoops) so in the rush i unknowingly grabbed a size that were waaay too small, i payed & was on my way. well while we were at my car about to open the socks the owner comes out & notofies me & gives me the correct size we needed!

“Melissa was so helpful at the jc penny ain the Santa Anita mall. She was professional, nice, friendly and she helped me pick out a nice watch and some jewelry for me. Thanks for all of your help 10 star service she even set my watch to the date,day and time and alarm for work. she even showed me how to do it. And some other cool features. “For those of us who like shopping at midcentury stand alone stores. JC Penny Huntington Park is worth the trip. I shopped there as child with my cousins, rediscovered it during the pandemic. I ordered a fedora online at a great price. I tried the hat on it didn't fit. I was able to return it with minimal effort. My wife picked up a pair of Nike's. Jocelyn and Daniella were helpful and professional. The store has a large children's section and it stocked with merchandise. While I wouldn't call it high end shopping. The store does have something for everyone.”

“True religion store visit was horrible. I went to spend money there with my teenage daughter. I was told I could not go in the dressing room with her. When there were five or six other people in a dressing room at a time. I believe Mr. Harold was being racist towards us because the others that were in there were Hispanic. First and far most I was standing there waiting to be assisted as he ran a 15 minute conversation with this customer and there family. Until I said excuse me are you all waiting to go inside the dressing room he said no I then proceeded to ask if he worked there he said yes and opened the door and said no you can’t go in. I’ve expressed to him why is there other individuals in there he said he doesn’t know it doesn’t matter if I have a problem with what he said speak to the manager either way my daughter went inside as I waited by the door he continued to have a conversation with these other customers then as the five walked out and walked back in I let him know I said excuse me are you seeing this he said ok but you can’t go in there. Either way my daughter decided she didn’t want the pants so I politely walked to the manager of the store and I let him know. Which he didn’t seem to care. However all people of color do not steal. I informed them I will definitely be writing a review pertaining this incident.”
