“I just received the best service I’ve ever had at any shipping store. I didn’t catch their names, but the young lady and young man who helped me were extremely patient and helpful as I navigated setting up an account before shipping my package… during a rush period (I know how terrible of a customer I sound, believe me). The UPS site wasn’t cooperating but they found a way to make it happen before the cutoff.

“I've been to this UPS Store several times, mostly to process certain Amazon.com returns. They're usually well-staffed and fast. A line rarely forms. Best time to go is during regular business hours (I try to go during my lunch break). The staff is knowledgeable and will get you in and out with no issues. The parking lot is cramped and super awkward so if you can't find parking, parking on Locust St. (this store is in the shopping plaza that's on Lake Av. and Locust St.) and then walking over a bit is usually the move. 10/10 except for the subpar parking situation.”
