“Cactus Lounge Boutique is such a hidden gem! The shop has a gorgeous selection of women’s clothing that feels both stylish and comfortable, with pieces you can wear every day or dress up for a night out. I love that they also carry unique gifts and accessories—you can find something for yourself and a thoughtful present for a friend all in one place. The vibe inside is warm and welcoming, and the staff are so friendly and helpful without being pushy. You can tell they really care about curating quality, trendy items. Definitely one of my favorite boutiques to shop at!”
“Today was my first time in the store and I had the BEST experience! Savannah was amazing. She was so helpful, she set up a dressing room for me, brought me different sizes and walked around the store with me, looking for possibilities. I have not had a shopping experience like this in a long time. All the girls were super nice and helpful but Savannah was a rock star. I highly recommend this store.”

Brenda is the most friendly, accommodating, and supportive business owner I have ever met - she is the kind of person who remembers your name after meeting you, and that kind of genuineness is rare these days. She runs these boutiques so smoothly and it’s extremely impressive - her dedication to her customers is endless. Brenda puts so much consideration into Ivori and that’s why this business is one that I will always firmly support!
And I also want to mention her business partner, Laura, because she is such a breath of fresh air! Her personality is so magnetic, she is always smiling, and ready to help you with whatever you might need. Laura is so sweet and happy and it really lights up the boutique.
Brenda, Laura, and every staff member employed deserve so much recognition for always being so welcoming and pleasant. I’d also like to say that I’m not one to leave reviews, but this boutique left such an impression on me that I wanted to share.
I have truly always had the most positive experience every time I visit Ivori, both the Gilroy and Morgan Hill locations are unique and insanely beautiful. The attention to detail is absolutely amazing. They put so much thought and care into everything that’s out on the floor, from the mannequins in the window to the clothes on the racks.
Because they have so many distinctive and remarkable pieces, my closet now predominantly consists of clothing from Ivori :)”
“Marie did an amazing job in helping me find the PERFECT wedding dress for my destination wedding in Hawaii! She went through her inventory with my specific design in mind and worked with me to help me find the perfect dress that fit my vision! I went to many different shops and looked online at different places and wasn’t happy with the pricing/designs but Marie helped me find exactly what I wanted at a FRACTION of the cost. Plus she tailored it too so it was no hassle by the time I needed to wear it for my wedding. She is a one stop shop and her opinion even when I was 100% sure really helped me look beautiful and perfect on my wedding day! Plus she’s in town which was great! I’m glad I went with her ?”

The store is clean and tidy, clothing racks are impeccable, organized and all sizes are stocked. I require the help of SA's to set up my dressing room with my selections. The SA are experts in the brands style, range and fit. I can always count on a honest opinion from the SA by recommending items to keep and items to ditch. I can always score great sales bargains on special occasion apparel at the Gilroy location. If you require work apparel that ups your game, BB Gilroy outlet is where you need to shop.”
“I always shop at Ann Taylor loft, and get the best customer service, I wish I got the ladies name who always helps me, she's has short hair and wears a mask. this last time, I was shopping for a funeral, she was beyond helpful, she suggested appropriate outfits, grabbed different options and different sizes while in the dressing room and paired it with great jewelry, it was exactly what I needed.
