AliExpress refuses to issue a refund on products ordered but not received due to a shipping error caused by their supplier. AliExpress is repeatedly denying our request for refund stating the product was in transit despite evidence to the contrary. AliExpress is owned and operated by Alibaba.

Why is alibaba still in business? After being screwed by a vendor and the shipping company I have no recourse. The online Chat is a joke and the Trade Assurance is a bigger joke! You have ZERO PROTECTION!!! ZERO! Stay clear!
