I’ve been a long-time fan of Any Taylor, but recently, the quality has noticeably gone downhill. While the prices continue to climb higher than ever, the value just isn’t there anymore…. the jackets has holes in the pockets. The products feel less durable, and the overall experience doesn’t match the premium price tag. It’s frustrating to see a brand I once trusted fall short, especially when the quality no longer justifies the cost. I hope they can return to the standards they once set.

Had a horrible experience shopping here in Mother’s Day. The elder lady staff was rushing us all the time while we were deciding which item to buy for my mom. No respect at all.

During my visit today an employee pretended that she could not process my credit card, but had no problem processing my blonde hair-blue eye friend's card. I had to step out of line and someone else had to assist me. She had no problem processing my card. Shame on you.

I have been a royal customer for Ann Taylor almost over 25 years. As a petite Asian woman, it has been very difficult to find descent clothes here, but Ann Taylor has always had the petite line with work appropriate, sophisticated design with reasonable price.Also, it used to offer the good quality one, such as silk and cashmere sweaters with basic design. I used to purchase always there and the clothes last long to wear. It is very sad to see the decline of the business due to competition for cost. The company started to offer the compromised quality and trendy focused design. The clothes now only last one season or sometimes one wash. I know the company needs to compete but they need to analyze the serving market carefully to differentiate themselves. I miss the old Ann Taylor.
